Friendly staff and so helpful. I was so scared about leaving my kitties for over 18 days. From the videos and photos we got my Sr. Cats had the best vacation as well. I would definitely use them again. The joke in my family is that punkin went on vacation and came back a different cat. She usually was not affectionate or social and she came home a different cat. I thank the staff for taking care of my kitties and helping with my over anxiety. Love cats castle.

I bought my cats here twice, the first time was great, I even referred my friends to them. The second time I was told I had to wait until they received my E transfer because they only accept credit cards? I would’ve appreciated notice sooner because they never told me I had to wait almost an hour to get my cats back after I paid them almost $400, not to mention they aren’t very accommodating if you don’t celebrate holidays. The one lady was extremely rude I almost felt like they did something to my cats. Finally I had to threaten to call the police if they didn’t give me MY cats back. She then FINALLY got my E transfer. As an avid cat mom I don’t recommend.

The best Cat Hotel for my fur baby. The property has bird feeders and bird baths by the windows for the cats to enjoy watching if you book a window suite. Main house and guest house options :)Pleasant and friendly staff. Covid safety measures in place. Wouldn't trust anyone else. Don't hesitate to book!

Definitely wouldn’t go back. Left my healthy kitty first time over this weekend. When I called they said everything is perfect. When I picked him up the girl said he had slightly soft bowel movement. Came back home to realize he is very very sick and unclean. He is still struggling and the vet bill is mounting up. Hope he recovers. I think they are very very under staffed and not clean. I heard from my vets office another owner had similar experience. Wouldn’t recommend at all .. definitely wouldn’t go back.

My kitties just got back from their second stay at Cat's Castle and we are all so pleased!I have used other cat hotels before and this is by far the best one. My family gets very nervous about leaving my cats, but the service is amazing. The staff are all so understanding, friendly, caring, and helpful. They gladly answered all of my questions, responded to my checking-in emails promptly, and were even okay with my last-minute schedule changes. They updated me about any issues immediately and also provided possible solutions so we could make sure my cats were okay. (The Thursday Facebook photo albums were also a huge plus. It was so nice to see my cats looking content and comfortable!)The place is clean and well-kept. The individual rooms are a great size. They were even able to connect both of my cats' rooms so they could have their own space but also interact.I 1000% recommend Cats Castle. They are the best!

We had to leave our kitty for 11 days while we went on vacation. She had never spent a night away from home so we were so anxious about leaving her for so long. From the moment we checked her in to the moment we picked her up the team at Cats Castle were so organized and responsive. She didn't eat for the first few days and they made sure to keep us updated with quick email responses and photos.The second half of her stay, she warmed up and started eating and acting like herself again. When we got her home she was happy and healthy. We will 100% be back. Thank you for taking such amazing care of Mia <3

Mittens loves going to boarding at Cats Castle Hotel! Thank you for always being so attentive especially when Mittens had her health issues and medication was required.I only choose to put Mittens here because she’s always very comfortable and not stressed out and I know the people are amazing kitty lovers!

We boarded our 2 cats at Cats Castle for a week while we attended a work conference in Vancouver. They have the option of a cat cam so you can look in on them and even speak to them whenever you want. The girls here are super nice and it put me at ease knowing that my fur babies would be well taken care of. I will surely use them again should I need to travel.
