This was my first time experiencing the excruciating pain of a dental emergency. I am very grateful for the prompt and compassionate care provided by Dr. Thomas. He diagnosed the cause immediately and offered me pain relief which was a blissful comfort. I received a prescription and detailed instructions from the dentist and I was back to normal within a few days. I would not go anywhere else if I needed an emergency dentist again!

Dr Thomas was fantastic! He went above and beyond. He and his team were very accommodating to my disability and he was very receptive to my needs. Would definitely recommend

Came in yesterday because I had a SERIOUS emergency. My filling came out and my tooth was in pretty bad condition. I was literally in agony.These folks here are real professionals. Their process is timely - didn't find myself waiting for more than 6-7 minutes and they finished up their x-rays within 15-20 minutes.They told me to come back within a few hours, which is totally understandable given the fact they are one of the few dentists open during the pandemic. They gave me a prescription and sent me on my way.Saw them again within 3 hours of my first visit. Was totally nervous, the dentist and assistants were awesome in cooling me off. It couldn't have taken longer than 45 minutes in total to complete the procedure. And I personally thought it was all-in, fairly priced.Don't go in if it's not absolutely necessary (given the current situation). But if it is - choose them.

Exceptional! I had an emergency regarding one of my teeth and I am so glad I choose this clinic because the dentist there, Dr. Richard Thomas, gave me the best treatment that I have ever experienced from a dentist! The work he performed on me was gentle and effective. I love how honest and open he was about my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend going to this clinic for any type of emergency. We need more people like Dr. Thomas. I will always be grateful for his service!!

I’m very disappointed with the quality of the services of this emergency dental. It cost $266 to glue an old crown back for only one week on the tooth. My dentist was fully booked and suggested I came to this place for a quick fix when my old metal crown of the tooth at the lower back fell off last week. I’m not sure about the name of the dentist who saw me but the invoice says Dr. Richard Thomas. I was thankful for his quick services till last night when I saw the crown falling down to the pipe of the sink while brushing the teeth. Being disappointed, I went back this morning for a refund and was rejected. Not only lacking the quality of work but also a commitment to back up a professional dental service.

My husband had an abscessed tooth which was causing considerable pain, he’s also terrified of dentists. He was seen, on a Sunday, within a few hours. He said the Dr. Was amazing and professional.He was home within a few hours with problem solvedand much relieved. Thanks Dr. Thomas

I had to come for an emergency tooth extraction today. I was thankful that they were able to accommodate me right away. The service was amazing and Dr. Richard and his staff are great. Not only did I not feel any pain during the extraction but when that anesthesia wore off I did not feel any lingering pain from the procedure.I would totally recommend this place to anyone who needs an emergency dental procedure.

I had one molar (47) removed by Dr. Thomas after having extreme pain for a day and a night. I was very impressed by Dr. Thomas' skills and bedside manners. He made me feel relaxed, got the job done with minimal comfort and made sure I was ok the whole time. He didn't rush me out after the procedure, instead he took the time to even submit my claim for me. I have been to another emergency dental clinic a few years before and didn't like the experience much. I am so glad I gave Emergency Dental 365 a try! I highly recommend this place. Also, the fee is very reasonable.

AMAZING!!! GREAT SERVICE AND PRICES!!!I woke up in the middle of the night with terrible tooth pain and googled Emergency Dentists. I was a little wary choosing a place primarily because of the hours and how quickly I could see a dentist. 6am opening time?! I'M THERE - no other option.I was unaware that it wasn't a walk in so when I called at 6.04 from outside the entrance, Dr Thomas answered immediately and said he would be there in 20 minutes - even though I didn't have an appointment!!!The whole experience was fantastic.. he explained everything very clearly and was really friendly. I was nervous to see the bill. I was shocked! Amazing price considering I was a walk in at 6am on a Saturday morning.I can't express my thanks enough for the treatment I received there. The after care prescriptions were also perfect to help with the pain management.I will definitely register myself as one of his patients at his own practice (which happens to be upstairs).
