Pennzoil 10 Minute Oil Change Centre

This place is wonderful they are so nice here. They show you their work as their going so you know everything being changed is brand new. They change more then just your oil they check your fluids and your tires and wash your windows. They are quick and sufficient.

They put the wrong size oil filter in when changing my wife’s oil. We took the car to dealership because the check engine light came on. We were informed that the filter was too small and had caused the oil to go “clumpy”. Luckily we were able to have it flushed and repaired before any further damage had been caused. I believe this not to be a simple mistake and would recommend you not let them touch your vehicle. It seems to be a business that cares very little about its customers and has now stuck me with a large repair bill that could have been avoided.

The first time we went here the service was top notch. So we went back for another oil change a few days ago. They did NOT change our oil filter. BMW X5 has a top loading oil filter....so we could see them from under the hood. We watched them lift the old filter, bring over other filters off the shelf to compare, put them back, then drop our filter back in. Husband asked immediately if there was a problem, to which they said no. So then he asked to see our old filter, to which the 'head' guy replied that it was already in the disposal drum of oil.....which is in the trench below the car. They had zero time to have had done that. Manager got defensive saying they weren't trying to scam us, when that hadn't even been suggested yet. Got the bill, which had all sorts of things ticked off that they hadn't done....like check tire pressure, top up fluids (other than DEF which we specifically asked for). They did clean the windshield however, with a oil covered squeegee that we are still trying to scrub days later.Won't be going back. Don't suggest you do either.

Owner is alright but I’ve questioned his judgment a couple times and feel as though he would take advantage of someone that doesn’t know vehicles. He’s tried telling me I need things when I know very well that I don’t. Come to find out I can get the same full synth oil change in my truck $35.00 cheaper at another full service establishment. Won’t be returning because of their constant price increasing and lack of attention.

This is the only place I'll get my oil changed. They are all extremely professional and polite. Great prices and every oil change comes with a complimentary tire pressure check/fill, wiper fluid, and they even wash your front windshield.

Most expensive place to go. Try to upsell you on items you don't need. I get that it's a business and you need to make money, but it feels like they are pulling one over on me. I've been there for a quick, oh shoot I should probably get an oil change" about 4 times. Everytime a basic oil change for my F-150 is always $120+. I can go to other places

Been getting oil changes here for years. Same excellent service, same polite guys, same speedy service. I would wager that anyone who doesn't give these guys 5 stars is simply having a bad day or is never happy about anything in life. Sure they have offered me a new wiper or fluid top up when it was obviously needing some, but I have never felt pushed into saying yes" and most often I'll just shrug

I have had all my cars serviced here. It’s my favourite place. Always courteous and respectful. They let me know if I need extras, but don’t push when I say no. I have only had great service here and leave happy. L

Honestly it is a 0 star place if you were to ask me. When they told me that my car was ready I thought wow great service to have it done so fast". But when I got my bill I wasn't so happy. Over $100 they charged me for a synthetic oil change. They claim to top up all fluids in your car but I had to go home and put mine in. I am a teenage female so they obviously took advantage. I do not recommend this place so do yourself a favour and stay away. It is cheaper to go to an actual dealership."
