Communication was great, shipping only took 1 day- not even a full 24 hours and tracking was accurate. Seller took their time to send me pictures of items I was looking for. Very happy and will most definitely order again.

For those who transact online with this company @Factory_RecA message for those who deal with fr factory recreationAttention it is a non-professional and non-responsible company which does not respect the law on the display of prices on the internet. I ordered a 4L synthetic oil on May 3 and the next day they canceled my order because there was an error in the price displayed on the internet, which is against the law. I asked for him to deliver my order which had been paid for via credit card but they refused and instead canceled my order instead of taking responsibility and correcting the error for future customers. POOR SERVICE AND AGAINST PRICE DISPLAY LAW. Advice: do not do business with this company.

I purchased a Mach-Z this year that is hands down the best snowmobile I have ever owned! Donny & his staff have gone above and beyond to help with everything I need. Factory Recreation is a pleasure to deal with! I'll have to agree with the below reviewer when it comes to get in touch with people, society has become too reliant on emails and texts, picking up the phone and calling has never been an issue. Keep up the great work!

I came in 20 minutes to close to look at the 2023 Kawasaki 650 KRT, I was greeted by the young sales man Stefan who was very personable and professional. He took his time and explained in great detail the pricing options that were available, warranty, offers, etc. I’m sure the rest of the staff is fantastic but Stefan was very pleasant to deal with and I would personally recommend reaching out to him for any of your future recreational motorsports needs.

This location charges for work not completed, 5 hrs of cleaning with no results, carpet was left with dog hair and algae/mould intact which I was assured would be taken care of. Stains from mould and weathering (easily removed with a brush over) remain all over the seats, steering wheel, etc. I asked for a professional cleaning, was told upfront it would take 5 hrs which was agreed to. buyer picked up the pontoon boat directly from service so I was billed over the phone for work that was never done. BEWARE!!! The only reason I could give for the one star was that the staff was friendly and accomadating while I was in the showroom
