Avoid the washroom, make sure you tell them you want veggies on the grill, and let them know you’d like it toasted. They haven’t asked the past few times and are rude when you ask them to toast or to add the veggies. Pineapple was also rotten. They charge differently than every other pita pit for halloumi (add meat not add halloumi), so expect $5 more. If you ask them about it they will say computer error and laugh about it.

Laziest service at any pita pit I've been to. No smoothie machine working. Several toppings were empty and not refilled. Half the food looks like it's been sitting for 3 days with slim in the dish. Pita was pealing apart and not holding together. When you ask for extra toppings like banana peppers or sauce, he adds 2 peppers and a half squirt of sauce. I just had to leave with no food and they wouldn't give me my money back when I asked for a refund because I refused to eat their garbage.

It's been a month since I've had Pita Pit. I enjoy buying this. But today, I got my pitas and they were tiny. They are usually packed full of lettuce and cheese, and today, both my large and small were the same size. It is not cheap to eat here, I expect my monies worth, and today was not worth it. I feel like I overpaid.The left one is the large chicken ceaaar, the right is a small chicken ceasar pita. Very disappointed. It's not worth the 40 min. Drive.Don't come here. Go somewhere else and spend your hard earned cash.

I'm a very loyal customer at this location for over a year now, and I hate to write a bad review because they have served me a lot of pitas. Recently I've noticed the quality of the food has dropped off significantly and they've actually increased their prices. Unfortunately I won't be going back for some time because of this. I hope they can sort these issues out and bring the quality back to what it was.

I typically love pita pit but not this time! the man at the cash should not be interacting with customers! No ability for common curtesy whatsoever! Not so much as a smile or welcome or thank you! He obviously hates his job! Unfortunately, he was the person that threw my wrap together and ripped the hell out of it, to the point that he had to grab another shell and start again! He literally dumped the contents of the first pita into the second. As the contents landed on the counter, he literally scooped it up with his hand and added it to the shell! Won’t be visiting that location again! It’s completely devoid of customer service and warmth!

One of the most disgusting foods I've ever been tricked into eating.I ordered two SOUVLAKI CHICKEN pitas and was given two SHAWARMA chicken pitas instead which I didnt find out until I was having lunch at work hours later.The coating/sauce on the chicken is absolutely horrid, and definitely not what I asked for.I actually used to eat and enjoy the shawarma pita months ago, but recently they changed the chicken seasoning/sauce and its now genuinely one of the most disgusting things I've ever tasted in my life. Tastes like burnt brown sugar and ashtray.Next time you don't hear a customer correctly, ask them again - don't assume and force them to eat this sad excuse for a 'shawarma'.And this place has the audacity to ask for a tip at payment, before even making your wrap.Joke service, won't be returning and I've been a regular for over a year visiting 3-4 days per week.

Pita Pit was great! Food was fresh, service was friendly. Well kept seating areas. Would be nice if napkins and hand sanitizer was more accessible. Otherwise, great experience.

Get your receipt. The vibe every time I go there is extremely rude and cold. They don’t smile, don’t greet you, and they generally make you feel unwelcome. They also have a bad habit of charging you accidentally for a higher priced wrap that was a couple dollars more than what you actually ordered. Avoid this place if you can
