Je fais faire mes cartes d’affaires, panneaux publicitaires, accroche-portes, logos, chandails et tuques pour ma cie à cet endroit depuis 2011 et j’ai pensé leur faire un commentaire car nous avons tjrs eu un très bon service à cet endroit. Très belle équipe. Service hors pair pour ma part et concentieux. Merci à Louise et Sylvain pour leurs professionnalisme.

In early January I brought a golf trophy that required three adjustments: 1-Add a new base, 2- replace of the little golfing character, 3- Add two small laser graved plaque of past winners on the new base. A couple of weeks later they called me asking to come around to check on the base before they installed it. I thought it was odd because I had gave them my specification on the base and I didn't think I needed to review it some more but I did anyway. When I was there I immediately understood why they called. They had bungled the required shaped for the base (rectangle instead of trapezoid) and they were hoping it would be fine anyway (the guy at the counter admitted to this as soon as I spotted the mistake). They said they would order a new base no charge but it would take some more time. Now fast forward late february, I haven't heard from them so I call them again asking if the trophy is completed. The guy said 'oh right! we've got new base, do you want to come check before I install it?', realizing he had essentially forgotten about it and that he had left in storage up to my phone call I was starting to get annoyed. I asked him to go ahead and to call me when it was done and when to expect his call. He mentioned it should only take a day or two. A weeks later, now in march, I had still not received his call so I called them again. The lady that answered couldn't tell me if the trophy was ready. At that point I informed her that the situation was getting ridiculous and inform her of my intent to write a google review about my experience. A few minutes later I received another call, from the guy saying 'all good's, you can come pick it up... Except there's was a little problem with the base (essentially they ordered too short of a base) so I had to gerryrig something to make it work. Don't worry, it's barely noticable'. I will let readers judge of the craftmanship by looking at the picture included.
