Very Sloppy and Unprofessional Installation. Went to great lengths to have the room Emptied, freshly painted and the old carpet stripped in preparation for the installers. Crew managed to damage the new paint no less than half a dozen places and leave an 18 long X-Acto Knife Slice in the New Baseboard. Couldn't possibly have not known they did it but never said a word. Last time I try to do the right thing and give the local guy a chance."

Recently had a very trying stair runner install from this company. I don't usually complain but the response to my concerns - crooked install, badly done carpet edge - was more than anyone should have to deal with. Even though there was extenuating circumstances happening to the owner, it does not give the right to talk to anyone in the manner he did. Mind your manners!

Amazing !!I needed thin set and grout for a small tile job.They GAVE me a bag of each to take home and will only cost me for the amount I use plus the loan of a grout float.My go to store now for anything flooring

Louis and Mathew are top notch with their customer service! They have touched every square foot in my home, from vinyl planks to a very plush stairway carpet, and commercial grade vinyl for my mud room! Any install concerns I had, were dealt with promptly and no argument whatsoever.Would highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

I haven't used their services before. But one of their amployees just ran a stop sign and nearly missed hitting me. If their quality of work is anything like their ability to follow traffic laws, then I would not recommend them.
