Cal Hatton along with his team replaced my carpets throughout my home. They helped me pick the perfect flooring for my family. The job was done on time. I found the company and it's trades to be tidy, professional and affordable. They did not cut corners and made sure I was pleased with the work. The carpet came with an amazing product warranty. Would 100% recommend them to everyone. I look forward to hiring Cal and his company to now do my luxury vinyl plank flooring on the main level.

We recently got carpet installed in our master bedroom. The entire experience was excellent. Layla maintained prompt communication throughout the entire process, worked with us to customize the scope of our job, and remained flexible despite us asking to reschedule our install date twice due to family in town. The job itself was done very well, and our installer - Gideon - took the time to address some issues with our subfloor before completing his work. In summary, great customer service and I would recommend anyone consider Floor Trendz for their flooring project.

Floor Trendz installed a checked design linoleum kitchen floor for us in December. It took a while for the colours we wanted to come in, and they were transparent and on time with the installation. It took little longer than they had originally estimated because there are curved walls that required a lot of fiddling cuts, but they held to the original estimate. We are thrilled with the work.

I've had a great experience ordering products through FloorTrendz. I've made two purchases in the past 18 months. Michele was great to work with. So helpful and quick to communicate with me.

We had Floor Trendz refurbish the hardwood in our house, and install carpeting on the second floor -- the carpet install alone was a $10,000 job.The hardwood refinish was fine, but after they installed the carpet, we noticed that it wasn't attached to the floor. It was just sitting on the floor like a rug -- you could literally just lift it up with your hands. We complained that for $10k we expected them to attach the carpet to the floor, so they did. At that point we discovered that they'd cut the carpet too small, and that it didn't cover the entire floor; in many places there were gaps of about 1 cm between the edge of the carpet and the wall, as shown in the attached photo. We complained about this as well, but Floor Trendz refused to fix it.We had a terrible experience with Floor Trendz; avoid them at all costs.

Very Pleased and Happy with Floor Trendz from start to finish! Our new carpet looks amazing. The guys worked hard to get it done in a day and we've now had it installed for over 3 months and it still looks like it was installed yesterday.I shopped around alot and did my homework so I'd vouch for these guys if your doing the same. Fantastic work! I have just had my hardwood floors refinished and they have been transformed from dark brown to a wonderful natural oak finish and they look stunning. I can hardly believe that it is the same floor.I was worried about the dust it would create but was amazed at their 'dust free' technology. Cal was really helpful doing several samples so I could get the finish I wanted, and Dale and Anthony did a superb job and were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you to you all.
