I recently purchased a True starter kit for my sons first year of hockey. The purchase was made on line. When we received the package the shin pads were mismatch sizes and we were missing a glove. I called the store and the manager Miguel was quick to track down the missing parts and sent them out right away.When I received the new package it included a toque, stickers and some golf tees plus a hand written apology for the inconvenience.This small gesture is so greatly appreciated, in true Canadian/hockey fashion this store manager was quick to own responsibility and make the situation whole.Thank you Miguel!! We wont forget this.Paul and Gibby!

I wanted to thank the staff at Source for Sports, in particular Nancy of the Team Department. Visiting North Bay for my daughter’s hockey tournament, I was left in a scramble with a duplicate pair of team jersey numbers that would’ve precluded her from playing. On incredibly short notice, they were more than happy to help me out with some vinyl numbering, even though I could clearly see the backlog of work for bigger orders. Add to that, some help in finding a brace and a few other things and we were in our way for the next game of the tournament. A true gesture of local hospitality and service! Thanks again!
