Very rude!! Unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. I wouldn't go there again that's for sure. I went there just to buy a drink with my partner and the store worker yelled at my partner because the door to the drinks was broken. How was my partner suppose to know that? My partner even told them he was just trying to grab a drink. It was still no reason to yell at him. Another store worker was yelling at us to move away from the drink aisle because he wasn't wearing a mask...but we we're. We didn't even do anything but wanted to grab a drink for ourselves and we got treated like that so we didn't buy anything and left. I don't know if it's because we we're both Natives but either way they need to know how to treat customers better. This happened a couple months ago.

This Chinese guy is way to hands on . We are not in school and you are not the teacher. Machines work okay and he had to go in back to fix dryer .

The tv's in this place aren't on, it's not very welcoming. The place is quiet, a ghost town and this is mid afternoon.

The front door was locked, Told me what I wanted, told him and said he said no and walked away.

I love this play. Great service. It’s very clean and organized. The guy always is there to help. He is very friendly and I usually stay there to chat with him. Washers and dryers work great with the best price. Love two big washers for my blankets. By the way, there is ATM machine there. I recommend this laundry to everyone.

The only positive thing about this place is it is clean ... as for service ... there are 2 noticeable scams posted in this business ... both of which soak you for an extra $.25 ea.1. 2 prices on the washers $2.75 & $3.00 yet you put in $3 and there is no way to trigger the super load option2. The dryer sheets on sale for. $.25 ea or 3 for $1.00.

Rude owner.Come in to buy a drink and get accused of stealing and get a 4 foot long 2×4 swung at me because i asked why he was accusing me of something that i obviously didnt do

The owner of the place is unfriendly and unhelpful. He charges 1 dollar for a bounce sheet and won't give change even when his change machine doesnt work. Don't do business here if you can help it.

I went there to do laundry for the first time and as soon as me and my grandma walked in the door, the guy working there was rushing us and following us around. Telling us where our stuff should be. He kept bugging us so we left after 10 minutes. It wasnt even busy there were a few people. Im not surprised it was pretty much empty, i wouldnt go back if you had that smelly guy bugging you the whole time. It seemed like he wanted to hurry up and get rid of us. Not sure if its a race thing, but im never going there again it was a horrible experience.

The owner is the star here, as he was extremely helpful and friendly. The machines all seemed to be newer and in good working order.
