I order a washer dryer set to be delivered May 1st. A few days before it was to be delivered I was told the washing machine wouldn't be in until October. I asked for a refund. Still haven't received it. I order a new set and the washing machine arrived with a hole and scratch in the top. Still waiting for all of this to be solved. The Salesman was great to deal with. The after Sales not so much. Do not use this company.

Manager extremely rude and aggressive. Was knowingly lied to about delivery date, and treated with hostile yelling, rudeness and shaming by salesman and manager. Service was excellent until deposit was given, then became extremely disrespectful. Very poor customer service and would not recommend to anyone

I received an appliance with parts missing. I contacted customer service right away, and had the pleasure of speaking with Tasneem. We will see what the outcome is. She escalated my issue to her parts department, and was very professional and kind!

Read all the reviews below… and then avoid ordering from here. They only want the sale and customer service once you walk out the store is horrible. I regret my purchase and dealing with Rachel who lied about the parts needed for my purchase and their availability. They also take no responsibility for the availability of the products and place the blame solely on suppliers. I blame their poor communication with customers and likely suppliers.

Rachel McMaster was super helpful answering questions in chat and working out a great priced sale on phone. Very knowledgeable.Fast professional delivery folks were very efficient and polite. All a pleasure to deal with.Fridgidaire fridge and freezer were easy to set up and exactly what we expected.

Staff seem friendly enough my wife and I walked in to purchase a new LG stove after the new LG stove, we just purchased was dysfunctional out of the box waited a week for our new stove to arrive for the second time and right out of the box. The new LG stove is dysfunctional and none of the word burners work as well as the oven I have been in contact with the store. The store says I have to go through their customer service department and fill out paperwork filled out the paperwork. I’ve been communicating with them via email. It takes them two days to respond to every email. They say they have to send someone out to look at the stove and if it’s not fixable then they will replace the stove. However we didn’t buy a used or refurbished stove. We purchased a new stove now twice, and feel that the stove should be replaced with a new one not fixed. in the meantime, we’ve made sure the electrical is perfectly fine in the house and we plugged it back in our old stove. It works perfectly fine. We are just having issues with the LG stoves. We have purchased in the last few weeks.Just on the customer service Malone via their support net work I’m not sure I would buy another piece of appliance from this outlet ever again heaven forbid you ever had to you send it in for warranty or have a technician sent out for warranty. It would take weeks to deal with correspondence Lol on the fact that they can’t send somebody out to even look at the stove for another eight daysBetween the first place that we bought the stove and now this retailer that sold us this stove it’s been going on for over a month now and then that time. I’ve had to purchase two stoves. All I can say is thank God we kept our old one or we would’ve been without a stove this entire time to cook with.

Sales staff aren't knowledgeable and return policies are brutal. Read reviews before you buy through CAS - they are accurate experiences.I worked with their sales staff to purchase a range hood insert and recirculation kit. My only criteria was that it needed to be completely ductless and I was reassured multiple times by multiple staff that what they had found for me was what I needed.The appliances came several months late due to being backordered. I don't have an issue with this, I have an issue with the fact that any concerns would need to be found and appliances returned within 48 hours of pickup. How does one organize a contractor, find concerns, and make the return (via an application through their website, nonetheless) within 48 hours, especially when you don't know when the appliance will arrive?After several contractors came out and told me our brand new cabinets we modeled *based on this purchase* wouldn't fit the ducting required with the recirculation kit, I contacted staff again. They told me, again, that the contractors were wrong. This is of course not the case and now I'm out money for these appliances as CAS won't accept a refund. Additionally, we needed to hire extra contractors to remodel our cabinets to fit separate, external ducting.Buyer beware.
