I had 2 gentlemen from Just Junk come to my home today and they were AMAZING. The guys were kind and curtious and did a fine job.Their price was amazing and I am 100 percent satisfied. I will recommend this company to everyone I know. They are booked to come back in 2 days to do another job.

Just used this service in Cambridge today. The 2 workers were great... they phoned ahead, got here on time, gave me an estimate that was lower than what I thought, considering I had them remove a piano and bench from my property. They were in and out quickly and gave great customer service! Would 100% recommend!

I could not be happier with this service. Scheduled the appointment online at 1315 for them to come between 1400 and 1600. Received a call at 1323 saying they were ahead of schedule and could be here in 15 minutes. They showed up promptly, were very professional, and got the fridge out of our basement in a matter of minutes. Fairly reasonable price, and cheaper than some other services I had found online.

Excellent service by John and Cody who came today to take junk leftover by prior residents. Easy to book, great communication. On time, quick and professional. Highly recommended for this type of service.

I have used Just Junk quite a few times now to remove regular household waste (and the abundance of amazon boxes) from my home in Guelph. The service is extremely quick and efficient. The staff are very friendly and polite. It seems they go above and beyond to make it easy for the customer. They are upfront with the cost and offer a great curbside pickup deal. I would definitely recommend.

The guys were very polite, professional and friendly. Very easy process. They were in and out quickly. My furniture was very heavy but they had no issues, didn't even bump a wall. Very happy with their service, absolutely recommend and will use again should the need arise.

On a whim I decided to use this company today. I went online and booked an appointment for a few hours later. So glad I did! They cam right on time, and removed my junk in no time flat. The two gents that came were super friendly and courteous. The total price was very reasonable and no hidden fees. I will definitely use this company again. So happy :)

These guys went above and beyond to get the job done. I had so much heavy shelving and just plain junk in a basement that hadn't seen much movement in years. They came on short notice on a Saturday afternoon and were done by the end of it. The stairs are narrow and steeps and those guys hauled" everything up. I recommend Just Junk for any disposal job you throw at them."

They advertise same day service, and on time service.....what a joke I called on Saturday and was told that they would be out between 12 -2 and would call when they were 20 minutes away. This did not happen. I called and they told me that they were not working on Saturday even after sending me an email and confirmation number to confirm. We then arranged for Sunday 2 - 4 again no one called or showed up. I called again and was told they don't know what happened as they do not work on the weekend????? and did not know who told me this even after two confirmation e mails. I then told the girl I expected at least a discount for the poor communication and no service after waiting for two days. Sunday at 6:30 they called to confirm a 10 am appointment on Monday the 15th and offered a $25.00 off coupon for next time we used them. We cancelled and rented a truck and trailer and did it ourselves. WHAT NEXT TIME WE DID NOT EVEN GET A FIRST TIME!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUT FIT.
