Love Spa Olivia! Looking for a professional clean judgment free zone where you never have to worry about your size or what you look like…anywhere ;) …then you’re come to the right place. Connie and Vivianna at Spa Olivia are top notch at their craft and make you feel comfortable while they take care of you.Happy to educate and be honest while providing services, this is one spa I don’t think you can go wrong at. I thoroughly recommend them to take care of you too!

Spa Olivia has been my go to place for waxing since I moved to the Ottawa area. Connie is so knowledgeable, kind and quick and the spa is always clean and has great COVID protocols in place. I highly recommend Spa Olivia for any hair removal services!

I must say that I was reluctant to go anywhere for this treatment, but based on a recommendation by a relative, I decided to go to Spa Olivia. I am so glad I did. I felt at ease from the beginning because of the very professional staff and state of the art equipment. Viviana and Connie ensure that clients understand exactly what to expect from the procedure. Every visit, I am treated with care and respect. The offices are clean and well looked after. I would highly recommend this business without reservation for anyone considering their many services!

Connie is very professional, knowledgeable about all the services she provides. She is kind and friendly throughout the appointment and makes you feel comfortable. She was able to recommend a numbing cream that is very helpful and I am pleased with the product as well. Very happy with the results I get after every visit.

I have had 4 underarm laser hair removal treatments so far and the amount of hair has drastically decreased. The few hairs that still grow are very sparse and much thinner! I am so happy with my laser results so far and I still have 2 more sessions to go! :) Highly recommend!
