My experiences with Caron & Partners LLP, are very positive and resulted in positive outcome of my immigration case. I submitted an application for permanent residence in Canada in 2009, for the first time. In 2012 my application was refused. I tried another one in 2018, again no approval, submitted another one in 2020, again the same response. I THOUGHT I COULD DO IT MYSELF- BUT IT WAS NOT SO. Finally I got smart and listened to the advice of a friend who has already had good experiences with Caron &Partners, (the immigration lawyer Bjorna Shkurti specifically), and decided to give it another GO. After meeting with her which was by the way a very informative and pleasant meeting, at what point she explained a number of factors that might have influenced the negative outcome, I decided to place my full trust in her and appointed her as my representative.After spending 10 years in the process, thanks to her help and professional representation I am awaiting my PR. HiI am writing down my experience with Amanpreet Grewal who helped my brother in getting spousal open work permit from overseas. The case was filed in 2020, and 2021 got rejected for no reasons, Aman fought for it and won the case to review/ reopen the file. She did her best to prepare all the supporting documents which were needed and file got reopen and my brother got visa approval without any further documents. When the file was got rejected , we were just left the hope like it’s rejected now , we need to re apply but nothing happen like that. I hired a lawyer within Caron and partners with the intent on disputing a foreclosure issue. I had given my deposit they asked for plus paid more fees in lawyer time..No problem. Once I believe the time was needed for legal assistance I was ghosted. Nobody answers phone calls or emails. Would not hire them if your feeling anxious about your situation.
