Jennifer is very personable. If you’re looking for precision quality engraving, you can count on her. She engraved a Leatherman multi tool for us BY HAND — I guess because the surface was so small that machine couldn’t do it. Not to mention, she did it within a few hours with zero notice. It was for a gift we needed for the next day and Jennifer was able to get it done. Thank you so much!
