I am so impressed and so happy with the work. the carpet on the stairs feels so plush and soft.My experience:So I walked into their store on Mosely street one day, looking to get the carpet on my stairs replaced and possibly have the tiling work in my front entrance completed (last worker abandoned it midway after demanding more money than he initially quoted).The energy in the store was so good, busy and the representatives were so helpful. A short while later I walked out with samples that they signed out to me and an appointment for measurement and free quote.After the measurements were completed, I was provided a formal quote (typed) with terms and conditions clearly stated (25% upfront deposit) the following business day. Because they were cleaning up someone else's project, they were upfront about priority.They scheduled me in (sooner than I expected) and the work (tiling and carpeting of stairs) was completed in three days with complete finishing!I highly recommend them. Highly recommend Kirby’s. Customer service was amazing! We stopped in the store 5 minutes before closing, expecting to be turned away but instead Andrea took the time to answer all of our questions and provide us with helpful information. Price was fair. Installer was very tidy, punctual and professional. Floor looks amazing!! We couldn’t be happier.

We spent over $16,000 on new hardwood floors and they couldn't even sweep up after themselves let alone hang up the doors they removed. Giving them a key and not supervising their work was a mistake, but a bigger mistake was hiring them to hang the tile around our fireplace. 5 days of work and it all had to be removed because the pattern wasn't followed or centered properly. This is when the games started. The installer took all his tools and didn't return. We were told he had to move on to another job and they couldn't give us a date for when he could return. We were penalized for insisting they do the job right. When I confronted the owner, Mark, on the phone he accepted no responsibility and wouldn't give me a date for them to return to finish the job. I then hired a different company and it was done flawlessly in 1 day, AND they cleaned up after themselves!

She always went above and beyond, making herself available on a Saturday when she wasn't scheduled to come in and answering many phone calls and always providing lots of support and guidance. He worked tirelessly and was so efficient all while completing beautiful work.Both Andrea and Luke were always very professional, caring and delivered service with such a bright and warm attitude. Shop local! I cannot say enough good things about Kirby’s. The selection, the pricing, the personal service… I could go on and on. Picked the carpet, Mark came out for a measure and estimate the next day, and the order was placed. The carpet came in ahead of schedule and Nick showed up and did a perfect job on the install. We could not be happier and would highly recommend Kirby’s for all of your flooring needs.

Kirby's came highly recommended to me and I am very pleased, with the price, the workmanship and the communication. The efficient staff at Kirby's go out of their way to get the job that you want and listen to your needs. And they don't just do flooring. If you need a bathroom reno or a safer bathroom which I also needed, consider them too. They have all of the up to date products and their tradesmen are very experienced. The owner is very attentive to your needs and he is there to get the best products and job for your money. It's money well spent.Everything they do is of value to your home.

We hired Kirby's Flooring for a small flooring project. They had a great selection of carpet to pick from, the scheduling process was simple and the gentleman who installed our carpet did an amazing job. Very professional, neat and tidy! Highly recommend!

We contracted Kirbys to replace the flooring in 2 bedrooms a fitness room and a main room. This was a fairly big job. A two piece trim also had to be replaced. There was plenty of work to do. Two young men showed up for the better part of a week and did really great work. Our fresh paint remained untouched and they cleaned up every day. They liked their work however, their singing was dreadful Lol
