I don’t get keys cut anywhere else, for my home or my work building. The keys are cut perfectly every time, on the proper keys. The price isn’t much more (if any at all) than big chain hardware stores who mess up your keys/locks. I trust LS Security’s service and refer everyone to them

I came to this store because i was recommended online that they would be able to cut double sided Canada post keys. BIG MISTAKE. i drove all the way from Toronto, a 45 min drive to get poor customer services ! VERY RUDE REP. HE SHOULD BE A SHAME OF HIMSELF . PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF ! IF THIS IS A FAMILY RUN BUSINESS, NOT EVERYONE IN YOUR FAMILY SHOULD BE EMPLOYED , AT LEAST MAKE SURE THEY HAVE SOME TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICES SKILLS. please don't waste your money here find any other company who is worthy of your services.

Very nice man saw to the lock l had...fixed it no problem... Going back hopefully tomorrow have another one to been seen to.Went back again with a other lock to be fixed such a pleasant man and very knowledgeable.Fixed in no time, highly recommended.

The guy that works here is very helpful and friendly, and is clearly very knowledgeable when it comes to locks, safes, and security. Never seen a locksmith so enthusiastic about this stuff!My grandfather used to get his keys cut here way back when. Consider coming to this awesome place to support a local business over a big box store!

I have had to get several keys for several different locks and I have not had a single issue, every key works. Very friendly staff, willing to answer my dumb questions and speedy in their process. Parking isn't fantastic since it is right off from Queen but I always get a spot on the side. I have been to a few other locksmiths but there would also be any issue. These guys however are great. I would definitely recommend.

This gentleman is genius and courteous. So far I have gone to him thrice of which twice with vintage locks and he did a great job while I waited there.Today he made me key for my vintage motorcycle seat lock that I had to open to change the battery.

Andrew is a wonderful person.Very skilled.I had a problem with my toolbox lock and I tried so many places but couldn't get it fixed.Then one day while I was going through brampton downtown I saw his shop and today I went there and I problem is gone .Very gentle person.Vast knowledge of tools and other technology stuff.prices are good .

My top case lock to my motorcycle seized and I was unable to access my belongings which included the key to the case and my purse. Thankfully I was able to ride to the locksmith where Andrew Kelly came to my rescue. In the sweltering heat and no shade, he managed my lock issues and not a word of complaint.I would like to publicly thank Andrew and will always recommend this long time family operated business.Kudos to Andrew and this company.

The worst service ever - my original contact was in late January - got an e-mail a few days later stating the costs which I verbally agreed to - and never heard from them again - 5 weeks to order 3 door locks ???? - don't think so - made contact with them a week ago to enquire, but got no response. Definitely would never recommend them !!!!
