Fireworks FX

Three times I booked these guys for fireworks, three times I didn't get fireworks. Give Maritime Fireworks a call, got fireworks every time. You guys to need to learn to communicate better. A whole community was let down over a breakdown in communication. I get fireworks 2-3 times per year and now that's going to a more reliable company. I won't be calling again.Edit: a simple call/text/email could've resolved the issue. I was interested in fireworks but you assumed I didn't when the form didn't come through. I filled out the form and hit submit. No communication after that. A simple follow up could have fixed that. I did my part as an organizer but no follow through from you guys. I did book you guys before for different events but could not continue due to forest fire index.

Went through the FOC course with Fred. Professionally done. Explained easily for the layman. Stress questioning attitudes. Videos need up dating. Really enjoyed the experience. Thank you Fred for the support.

I took part in the fireworks training course. A very well thought out course very instructional and the warm sense of unity and light hearted jokes. Fred was my instructor and I must say that was in my top 5 of taught classes. Whether it's pyro gear or a brush up on your course highly recommend this company. 10 stars.Edited: Wrong name, not enough Morning coffee.

Couldn’t be happier - completed the display fireworks safety legal and awareness course and Fred was professional, knowledgeable, succinct, and polite.

I went through the Pyro class offered by Fireworks FX and taught by Fred. He dud a great job explaining everything and answered our questions. It was fun and informative.

Ordered here a few times, prices are awesome, customer service is great and fast and overall a really good company. Nice, easy to use website aswell.

Outstanding company!Consumer fireworks are cheap, they arrive incredibly fast, and the customer service is amazing!They also teach a course for the fireworks license. It was informative, well presented, and really quite fun to be a part of!Keep up the good work!

If there is a gold standard for customer service. These folks are it! I messaged them, after hours on a Thursday evening. The fireworks guy" for our local festival dropped a last minute bomb that he couldn't pull it off this year. We were in dire need of help and only 1 business day to spare. They replied within minutes. Took me through everything step by step and put together a fireworks display to match our budget. By 10am Friday morning they had everything ready for us. They also went above and beyond to try and get it shipped to us in Cape Breton before the weekend. We will be going back to them next year

I'm a little surprised its real!After much shopping both online and in person, these guys are by far the best and cheapest around. Less than half the price of the other guys" made me think it could be too good to be true.Shipping was fast and price was incredible. 10/10"

I have just completed the Firework Assistant course with Fred Wade. He was a great host (its always hard to put personality and fun into an online course but Fred managed it) I had no prior experience but the course covered everything needed for the exam/quiz at the end and the content was delivered very well.
