We went to the Bolton rogers store to get a new sim and make a change to our phone plan. We waited about 40 minutes to get served, normally this would get a negative review from me but it had nothing to do with the staff or the manager. The two customers at the counter seemed to take forever, one couple didn't seem to know what they wanted and had to have EVERYTHING explained to them and the other would get distracted by an item in the store, choosing a phone case or playing with their kids.If you want less wait time then you should do your research at home and go into the store with a good idea of what you need and how much it will cost.The staff was helpful and offered us refreshments and we got a rogers fidget spinner to pass the time. Once we got to the counter they waived some of the fees to compensate us for the wait. Over all I don't see how the rogers staff could have done more and that's why they get 5 stars despite the wait.

Pretty useless here, I went in to get my phone repaired and the first time the person told me they can't do it from that location. Second time I go in I ask about the repair service and they say they can do it. Great. So they ship it off and it was estimated return for Saturday (now Monday). Turns out they sent it to the wrong location and expected me to go driving out of my way to go and get it. They're pretty useless. Oh they also tried to charge me $365 dollars to fix a lock button and camera lens.

Excellent customer service. I went there to switch my plan and both Pietro and Eric were very knowledgeable and professional. Pietro helped me with my phone plan options he was very friendly, patient and helpful.

Palvi Arora was amazing, actually amazing doesn't do justice to how brilliant she was. After being super frustrated with not being able to get in to the store due to unplanned closures, I eventually got in and it was so worth it. Palvi took time to listen to what I needed. She took time to hear every request and concern and went above and beyond to find a product and service that would work for me. I recommend Rogers pays and awards, and promotes staff like Palvi, she is gold dust.

My husband and I went to the store Saturday for dropping off the precious cell phone following the instruction of Rogers customer service department.We got the store 15 minutes before the store closed, we were told by the staff once we walked into the store that the floor is wet as he just mopped it ready to close instead of any greeting…. And then we told that we can not drop the cells there…. we think he just try to get off there as soon as the time of close… very poor customer service…

Awful customer service especially the ladies. Very lazy. They dont make the extra effort. I was told by Rogers online to go to the store. I go to the store and they told me I have to call in. This happened 4x and finally I snapped and said I'm not leaving this store until this gets resolved and asked them to get Rogers on the phone. She did call but with attitude. I finally got it resolved.That same girl actually said to me why do you always come 30 mins before closing"? Wow."

Went to this store to check if they have AW4 in stock. Find out they aren't. Left my phone number to get me back if they can find one piece for me and order it through their stock manager. Guess what? Three days left and no one called me back. Looka like it was a usual trick to sent me off and never see me again. Well, I'm in. Would never go to this store again by any reason. Thank you!
