Ritual Salon

I have been coming to Ritual Salon since it opened, having followed the owner from where she worked previously. She has been doing my hair for something like 15 years. I would not let anyone ever touch my hair except her.My experience at Ritual Salon is always amazing, body and soul. The staff are friendly with me and each other, and it feels like coming to a second home.I have always been accommodated whenever there was an issue, and I cannot say enough good about this place.

Andrea and Brooke are super friendly and amazing stylists. These two ladies have an eye for style and the personalities to match. I highly recommend this establishment for all your haircare needs.

Great service and atmosphere! I've been going here for years and would trust anyone there to do my hair. I always appreciate that my stylist is an authority on hair and gives great tips and advice.

I have been going to Ritual for a number of years. Of course I have my favorite stylist Jen, but would feel comfortable seeing any one of the girls as I have watched many satisfied customers over the years. They are always super friendly, very complimentary and very knowledgeable!! I bring my children as well as recommend friends and family. I have gone too many salons over the years and this by far is my favorite!!

My 11 year old son has really long hair. It was hard for me to get him to cut it so I made a big deal about doing it at a Salon and made it a special trip to Amherstburg to get him to consider cutting it! I have been waiting for this appointment since September (we had to reschedule the first one because he was under the weather, and I didn't want to take any chances with COVID). We drove in from Windsor on Friday, November 12th (30 minute drive), and were 7 minutes late and couldn't find the store front so I called from the car to get directions and let her know that we were there. She said that she had already called her next client and couldn't take my son for a trim. When I reminded her that it was just a trim, and that we had driven in from Windsor, she said that is not her problem" and hung up. My son was next to me so I didn't want to argue. Is this considered professional?Thanks for your recent reply - but your information is not accurate...I tried to call from Windsor before we left to make sure you knew we were on the way and there was no answer...in the car

The service is great, always happy with my hair and beard. Yes they are great at beards, they’ve kept me from looking like a homeless person. Also, they are great with my daughter, she’s nine, and her hair is important to her, therefore I have to act like it is important to me. The ladies at Ritual are very good at keeping her happy with her hair, and all I have to do is just pay them money, it’s a great arrangement because I am totally clueless about hair, and hair related things... so yeah! Get your hair needs fulfilled at Ritual! :)

I have been going to this Salon for almost 10 years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences! The stylists are all amazing and so friendly. I am so happy with their work that I drive 20 minutes out of my way just to go to this salon. Brooke does an amazing job with my hair, she is meticulous and makes sure every strand is perfect! Highly recommend this salon, you won’t be disappointed!

I went to Ritual for years to get my hair done, until I moved out of Windsor. I loved it there. Everyone was always super friendly and I never had a bad experience with my cuts or colours. If I ever move back to Windsor, I'd start going there again. I should also mention that I would drive 20-25 mins from my place in Windsor to LaSalle, just to go there. That's how happy I was with their customer service and work they did.

Amazing as always! My daughter and I always enjoy our trip out to Ritual, great conversation in a positive vibing atmosphere and always leave with excellent hair and a good understanding of how to style it on our own!

I have been going here for years. The staff is friendly and always gives a warm welcome. Andrea is a talented stylist and is always up for the challenge giving my thick long hair a trendy cut. Looking forward to my appointment next week.
