Orillia Home Hardware Building Centre
Great staff and a small town feeling store! Did a few projects with materials from this store and always got great advice! The paint for the campers (most of it) and paddle were from this store. Also bought the cedar shims, which I used to decorate the Wild West Saloon camper, as cedar shingles from here. I purchased a few decorate accessories for the campers from this store as well!

Terrible place to take back items... Make sure you don't use anything if you want to take anything back... I tried to return the item the next day barely used... They told me it was to worn out....Manager needs a reality check followed by better quality service.... Highly don't recommend this store unless their is nothing open near you.... I telling all the contractors I know to avoid this place. Lol your a lousy manager and lucky Gordon Ramsay isn't doing any reviews because he too would be upset...

Orillia Home Hardware Building Centre
Extremely friendly community orientated store. Hardware wise, they have pretty much everything and this store is also a design centre. So, they also do bath and kitchen design and installation. The best thing I like is that there is almost no having to chase down employees to ask questions. They seem to be everywhere, unlike so many other hardware type places.

Ok. This store has some of the kindest, nicest, happiest staff!!!Every single interaction I had with staff was nothing but pleasant.I left my doggie outside for a bit and came back to the lady at the garden center, giving him water. I had another lady actually asking me if i needed help finding something. The nice gent at the door offered to help me carry my stuff to the cashier.I hope whoever is in charge of this store acknowledges the team they got. I'm def driving the extra 10 min. to give my business to this location.

Orillia Home Hardware Building Centre
I have been here a couple of times lately and while in the past the staff seemed helpful, I don’t find that is the case any more. We waited for about 15 minutes to ask about transition pieces for flooring and while there was staff around, they didn’t respond to a request for help. They seemed more involved with talking to each other or were sitting at computers ignoring customers. This was at 3pm on a weekday. The impression I had was that they didn’t really care too much.

The store is like a breath of fresh air. The staff are kind and courteous. No wait times and someone is always available to help. What is nice is if that person doesn't know exactly how to help you they will personally connect you with someone who does. The store is clean, organized and friendly. I am a loyal customer because of this experience and many similar ones.
