The receptionist took longer than expected. I had filled all the information online but had to fill out another form with my passport number. After this process the test was very fast the girl performing the test was pleasant and fast. Received my results the next day as mentioned on the website.

If it was possible to give less than 1 star, I would. Horrible customer service and after paying $168, was told results could not be guaranteed" in time for my flight. They had all the details. Why couldn't someone have told me I could have done the antigen test when they KNEW I was traveling to the US? Paid all that money and had to pay to do another test at the airport because I didn't get my results. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!"
