This is my go to store for all my lighting needs, I have never needed any assistance with any of the many products I have bought here over the years, until now, I had a ceiling fan that just quit working. I called the store and was looked after in the most professional and helpful way. There was to be no question that I would be taken care of, and I was, no interrogations and demands for receipts, I was told a new one would be ordered and given to me on handing back the old one, which I did today.Thanks for all your help..

Was looking for new lighting for my kitchen with my wife. Went to the general box stores and also to another lighting specialist - but none were even close to Osso when it comes to the variety of their lights but also their service. Really friendly, helpful folks. For example we needed to choose new LED bulbs for the lights and there’s so much to choose from, so they simply lent us a bunch of different bulbs to try and choose. Was a really nice touch. Super happy with the lights we chose. Will definitely become our “go to” store for lighting!

Went there looking for a part for a light fixture that I already have. After calling around this was the only place that said they might have what I’m looking for. Went in and was helped by the friendly staff and they were kind enough to not even charge me for the part even though I didn’t us anything else!! Will definitely consider them for my teacher lighting needs!!

Great store. I live in the area and can’t help but get annoyed seeing homeless people constantly staying in the doorway for shelter at night screaming, cursing & causing a ruckus at night for all the people nearby. I hope for some preventative measures if possible as the actions of them are tainting the reputation of your store.

Everyone here is so helpful and knowledgeable! They go above and beyond to find appropriate fixtures for a space and alternatives within a budget. There's a huge selection to choose from and prices that are more reasonable than a lot of other places I researched. I am so happy with my experience I can't wait for another project to work on so I can go back and get more lights!

Impeccable customer service! They go above and beyond and have a HUGE selection! Makes it so much easier to visualize a light in your home given the huge selection than looking on a website. Knowledgeable staff and superb customer service even after the sale! They want to ensure their customers are happy. Highly recommended!

Sorry Amazon and Big Box Stores. You can't get the perfect light without going to a place like Osso's. They have never failed me. Home Depot or any of these Box stores never have that perfect piece. They don't have the help, or the knowledge. Osso's gets you exactly what you are looking for.
