Pretty certain both my friend and I got FOOD POISONING from here. DO NOT GO HERE, you have been warned. We both had a bagel with cream cheese, I also had a steeped tea and some timbits. But something is clearly not right. Our stomach has been very upset for days and we were really sick. It must be very dirty, or old stuff is being used, or things like cream cheese being left out of the fridge? Please clean up your act.

Staff member in the drive-through was too busy, speaking her own language to another staff member to even acknowledge me. Not good customer service.

Drive thru line was wrapped around the building so decided to go in only to be ignored for 15 minutes. The person taking inside orders kept leaving to rose drive thru there was 5 visible employees all concentrating on drive thru. After the long wait and being late for work the coffee tasted horrible I don’t know what they did. -former regular

So the menu sign says breakfast served past 4 and at about 5 when I went to order the breakfast items visible in the menu as available was told that they don’t serve breakfast past 4. This is understandably upsetting but not the end of the world. I had to repeat myself several times in the order taking process and the person barely spoke above a whisper making it very hard to understand, again on its own not the end of the world.Get home and the doughnuts have been thrown in the bag upside down and I learn they didn’t actually stir the sweetener into the iced coffee or the flavour into the latte. My bacon grilled cheese was a much small sandwich than usual and there was barely any bacon or cheese inside it.All in all I’m very disappointed.This is not the first time some of these have occurred at this location

Went there today ordered Lg double double, Lg double double steep tea and a box 6 associates donuts. Got my drinks lady at the window said oh the donuts weren’t rung in. I said no worries I’ll take a box of 6 associated I have the activated offer. She scans it’s and it doesn’t work she tells me it doesn’t work. Ok well try again it’s a $2 dollar difference. She proceed to say “that is what I was telling you it didn’t work” with attitude I said well you should honour my offer since it’s activated. Nothing nope nothing. Fine I paid the amount upset and personally didn’t need the attitude from the worker.

Not only this location, but across all Timmy's the hot drinks taste have become very inconsistent. It frustrating that 9 out of 10 times, french vanillas taste just like hot water. You pay high cost for just plain hot water. I had to replace the two french vanillas that I ordered via drive-thru but tasted bland. Pathetic experience overall. McD has better hot drinks menu bit costlier, but tastes much better and consistent.

I just left this place but not sure who was at the counter, I recieved our order cold while it was suppose to be toasted and warm at the least, they forgot to make our order properly and when I told them our wasn't prepared as requested; they were being rude.

Hidden in the corner of the building but they are signs there is a Tim Horton at this location. Was not busy inside the store but very busy I did drive-through. The coffee was fresh Has the classic donut shop coffee taste with heavy cream very good. Good place to drop by for coffee.

This used to be a pleasant location to come to, staff were so upbeat and nice to deal with. Yesterday they got half my order wrong and when I phone I talked to Amanda, I guess she’s the manager. The coffee was wrong, they gave me an entirely different breakfast sandwich and only gave me 16 timbits rather than 20. She told me if I went back at that moment that she would replace my entire order. Well I just got home and didn’t want to waste more gas. So she said I’ll write a note and you can come back tomorrow. I did, went back today and she only replaced the timbits and the breakfast sandwich. I had to pay for the coffees, one of which they got wrong yesterday, not to mention they were all in a bad mood.Listen, I’m not the one that got the order wrong so to treat customers the way your staff did today, is shameful.The young guy needed to be told twice to take orders at the till when there was a long lineup. They’re definitely the same staff that I normally deal with, but I don’t think any of them wanted to be there today because they acted like helping the customers was a chore.
