lady who i dealt with 2 weeks ago was remarkably rude. apparently she's the manager. if she's who they picked to manage this place im never going back here. learn some customer service and patience please.-edit- another review said her name is melissa. dont talk to this woman if you go in. run to the aisle, grab what you need then pay and run out.

Went here to get hair dye and the girl working was very rude and not helpful at all. She even walked away at one point and i had to ask another lady(who was nice) to check me out at the register. I've been to other locations and they are always super helpful and friendly. Not going back to this one.

Went in looking for help finding hair dye. The lady working was older and had reddish hair. She was extremely rude!! Seemed like she did not want to be there or help me with anything I’ve honestly never had customer service that bad! will not shop there ever again.

Vanessa was not only super helpful but also very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend seeking her out at this location for a good helping hand. I really like the products I have bought - though I wish I could go back and get more stuff already.

There are a couple girls there that are great but one of them who is the manager is rude and not easy to deal with. Stood staring at me while I was looking for a product and was of no help so I finally just said I would look myself. It was never offered for the 5 minutes she was with me to have her open the product so I could look at it. I bought it and opened it in my car and it was not at all what the packaging said so I brought it back in to return. I was then informed for future purchases to ask as they would now have to throw this out. Just not pleasant to deal with and this has happened a couple times with her. Makes shopping there very unpleasant.

Bought the blades for my Wahl clipper and I was told if it doesn't work, I have 30 days to return it. So I tried and it didn't work. When I was going to return it, they didn't accept the product for return. Bad business! Would not recommend this store at all.

With the recommendation of one of the staff I bought “temporary” hair colour for Halloween. I was told it would come out in MAX 2 regular washes. It has not been almost 2 weeks and I’ve tried washing my hair twice a day since. I’ve tried clarifying shampoo, hair masks, scrubs, the works. My hair is STILL pink… I had a work event I had to attend with pink hair and now have to go to a professional salon and pay to have this fixed. The staff definitely needs to be trained with better product knowledge before selling anything. I would have NEVER purchased this had I had known this was basically permanent….

The associates at this store are amazing. EXCEPT for one. She is alot older than most of them so possibly the manager. I find her extremely rude. I asked her a question about hair dye and she answered me as if I was stupid. She also paced the aisles while I was looking at the hair dye as I would rather figure it out on my own than deal with a woman who is very condescending. I find myself turning around and leaving as soon as I see she is the sales person in there if I go to that particular store. I feel she is in desperate need of customer service training or she maybe she needs to not work in the beauty industry where she is going to be asked questions and deal with the public.
