This afternoon, September 14, 2022, after searching for a filter for my Dysonv7 cordless vacuum for hours I found Duffy's. Thank you for you genuine caring and knowledgeable help. I will not be taking my vacuum elsewhere for service. Thank you Thank you thank you. If you need vacuum repair help I highly recommend them for their attentive service and ensuring my vacuum was working well before I left.

We have a Kenmore Central Vacuum in our home. It was no longer picking up the dirt so we decided to give Duffy's a visit to see if they could repair it. We took it in and they were very professional. They said it needed a new motor and the venting pipe needed to be adjusted so it would work better. He stated the estimated cost and assured us it was worth it to repair rather than purchase a new one. A few days later, he called and said it was ready for pickup. The cost was cheaper than the estimate! Awesome.When I picked it up, he told us how to install it (no need for a service call to re-install it)and gave us tips on how to maintain our vacuum to save future repairs.Extremely pleased with Duffy's Vacuum Centre and highly recommend their service.

It is hard within the retail sector to secure great service from any organization, but Duffy’s meet that and then some!I called them to get my central vac checked out at home, and there were a numbers of issues, motor is on the way out, electrical wiring issues, blocked hoses, and so on.Considering the pandemic and now that everyone is at home, I called on a Monday afternoon, and by Tuesday afternoon and one new central vac unit later, I am extremely happy with the level of service, and how quick John and Jamie answer my cries for help!I have been to other places to repair my old central vac unit in the past....not anymore, won’t be going back there! I called Duffy's Vacuum to inquire as we were in need of a new vacuum. I spoke to both Jammie and John. They were very patient in explaining and answering my questions and I never felt rushed. We attended the store to make further inquires, at which time Jammie who was friendly and informative, gave us a demonstration. Needless to say we are the proud owners on the Sebo D4 and we're loving it! Strongly recommend Duffys!!

Fantastic service, I brought a 10 year old Dyson vacuum in for repair and John advised me against that as the vacuum wasn’t worth it. Instead We refurbished our central vac and it is working great. I had a great experience at Duffy's. I was looking for a good quality vacuum that would last a long time, and they walked me through different options and reasons to avoid certain brands. I am a bit sad my vacuum probably won't break, because I'd love to go in again to say hi.

Bought a central vac replacement hose and attachment kit recently. I was very impressed with service. Owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. Price was also good. I'm glad I went to Duffy's!

Jamie and John are so helpful. They helped me with my purchase of a central vac replacement for our house in 2015. I was 100 percent pleased with the choice so in December 2021, when I wanted to help my kids replace their central vacuum, I went to them again for advice. They do not pressure or oversell you, they just give you suggestions based on your needs and their expertise. I did not comparison shop because I trust them.When I went to them in January with a broken piece on my 2015 Sebo wand they replaced the part right away under warranty.If you want to buy from a dealer who stands behind their products and provides service above and beyond go to Duffy's. A good experience and good service. Jamie and Duffys vacuum install higher quality European central vacuum systems and service them as well. Prices are competitive and they take their customers satisfaction seriously. I had a good experience with them.
