Great customer service and great product. Everyone was easy to work with and the process was very smooth. Tina runs a tight ship, but is very friendly and goes out of her way to make sure things are alright. One of my bathroom sinks broke during installation, and Tina came over within 45 minutes to reassure me that it would be replaced and to make sure the overall installation was going smoothly. Their selection of stone and expertise was definitely appreciated. I would definitely recommend Bethel Stone to anyone looking into a good quality product at reasonable prices. Thanks Tina and crew!!!

I reached out to Bethel stone with an unusual request for kitchen and bathroom counter-top measuring. They were the only counter-top supplier in the city that was flexible and accommodating enough to work with me to solve the problem, and at a very affordable price! They also at no extra cost to me were willing to construct and store templates on the OFF CHANCE that I needed them. As well as providing invaluable advice and tips along the way to getting my counters installed. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone looking for exemplary service!

This was by far the best place as far as quality of service, variety of stone, and price. The team was available for any questions and was able to accommodate us quickly for our project. Bethel Stone would be my first choice again if another project were to come up!

Unreliable! Do not buy from this company! They do not honour their installation commitments. Completing installation is costing me an additional $2000. Run!

Just had some counters install. Great service. A big crew came out. They were very careful with moving the stone counters in so none of my walls got ding. The crew showed up on time and ready to work. They were professional and polite and quick. Everyone knew what they were doing. After they finished, they put a plastic film on every counter top to protect the tops until we are ready to use. This is the third time we used them. Price is very good, absolutely no complaint with their service. Would definitely recommend them and work with them again.
