Dealt with Customer service desk about getting Fishing Licenses the Female worker who was training a new male worker proceeded ask for my I.D. and entered my information in but didn't ad my apartment number...After finishing the transaction I mention this to her which she says if they need more info they will contact you" which they didn't.... And the card didn't arrive sorry just don't want to carry a 2 page document would rather the card I paid for.Not sure why you would ask for I.D. and not enter it as it is listed? Maybe something to mention to all workers and please train workers to focus on tasks at hand rather than flirting and messing around at till especially when entering information as such.Just was an annoyance as I had to call and waste my time to update the missing information to get what I already paid for."

We were walking around and I didn’t realize the time and had my children with me. We were walking to the cashier with our items but a man who worked there said it was 5 mins until closing. We were trying to get to the front and follows me and says “I will direct you to the exit” like I was lost? I have come here before and it was okay. He was very rude to my kids and we felt very uncomfortable and couldn’t purchase our items. Was a horrible experience. And he is a horrible worker very grouchy.

My van broke down and wouldn't start. I got a boost and took it to Canadian Tire 30 minutes before closing and even though the mechanics had gone home for the day, the service manager pulled my van in and tested it. Discovered it was the battery and replaced it all before they closed. I was able to get my two young daughters and the groceries home safe and sound thanks to the service manager and the young man working with him! Thank you so much! Highly recommend! Will definitely be back!

Jason (security?) very rude when we arrived at the store 5 minutes before closing. The staff however, were friendly and helpful with our purchases. I hope Jason was just having a bad day.

Not sure why, but my son was looking for exhaust pipe to fix his car, fitting pipes and clamps together to ensure a proper fit. An associate came up and asked if he needed help, he said no, we're just looking. She then told them to leave.... they reported her to other associates, but I'm sure nothing will happen.

Went in looking for a length of carpeting that needed to be cut off a roll and was denied service because it was close to closing time.This was always my location of choice, until last night. It is now a last resort. I won’t give them any more business unless I absolutely need something immediately only Canadian Tire carries and they are the only store that has it in stock.
