I bought a purse from your store .The handle broke on after I used it for about a hour. I tried to return it to your store or exchange it. They refused to exchange it. I have the receipt. the purse was poor quality and poorly made so disappointed.

Little bit of everything. Great leggings, if you wear them. Stock changes often, so you would need to pop in often to see what is new.

Buyer beware , these guys do not honour their return and exchange policy , bought a product from them and the stitching fell apart , I was looking to exchange it and upgrade , the fella I spoke with was the same guy I bought it from , first he tried to tell me it was past the 14 days I told him to look at the receipt again then he said I abused the product and walked away , I followed him and told him to look again , how is something a week old with the stitching letting go abused ? My wife was shopping in there I told her to just put everything down and we left , from what I’ve read in other reviews this is a common practice for these guys , friendly during purchase very rude with issues

This photo was after one night of using one of their sheet sets but a couple other items to that broke apart only days after buying and they have zero return policy horrible store stay clear this Christmas only in for a headache

Do not buy luggage bags from here. I bought a large bag for $160 for a trip to India recently and it didn't make the trip. It was a hard shell bag and sheared off around the wheels while being packed 3kgs less than what was allowed by airlines (23kg). I know they sell cheap stuff but for a $160 bag I was expecting at least 3 4 trips out of it if not more.

I have to post a star just to post it.Just so you know I added the star to get the post out.I wanted to return my items. I was told I couldn’t get my money back. The only thing the lady told me when I finished paying the first time. I had 14 days to return it. I was forced to shop there a second time or lose my money. Sure they credit you. Maybe I don’t want to go back to that particular store. Don’t shop there unless you want to keep coming back.

Very bad experience.Especially the staffs on evening duty. We bought a product , we asked the staff if we could exchange it ,the staff said you could exchange it with in 14 days,when we went to exchange it,the same staff said we can't exchange and was making fun of us and was bribing us by telling she would call the security.
