What is arguably one of the most important decisions anyone can make, become super easy after Jennifer's service.She provided so much knowledge and was very flexible when scheduling our consultations. Jenn was exceptional in helping me buy an engagement ring through our consultation. I was on a bit of a tight deadline and Jenn made it happen, including shipping internationally.The ring and diamond are extremely beautiful and very well made. I can't recommend FAIR. Jewelry enough.

Jenn was amazing! While my fiance and I did not end up getting our engagement ring from her, I cannot express how incredibly wonderful she is and the quality of her client care and making sure the piece is perfect just for you. I will definitely be recommending her to many other people as she makes your experience feel so relaxed and fun!When you make an appointment she really takes the time to talk about everything you like and dislike to come up with the best recommendations and you will leave feeling free and excited!

From beginning to end, Jenn (Fair. Jewelry) made the process of designing an engagement ring absolutely stress-free. After visiting another company's intimidating showroom, Jenn's approach was personable and made the whole experience feel special. As we didn't know exactly what we wanted at first, she happily answered all of our questions, provided us information, and made recommendations. She kept us in the loop every step of the way. I'm super pleased with the entire experience and, of course, the beautiful ring! Highly recommend!

I ordered the Tahiti ring for my wedding band. I had a wonderful experience meeting Jenn and trying on rings in her studio. I just received the ring and it is even more beautiful than I remembered. I would definitely recommend FAIR.

Jenn was wonderful to work with, and I am absolutely thrilled with the custom wedding band that she designed for me -- it went beyond my expectations and was better than what I had pictured. Jenn went out of her way to find the exact stones in the sizes that I wanted (which weren't easy to find), and also made a perfect gold match with my engagement ring. This was no easy feat, as my engagement ring was purchased in Sweden, where the standard for gold colouring is different from the Canadian standard.I highly recommend going to FAIR for your custom piece!

Had a great experience working with Jenn to design my partners'' dream engagement ring. She helped with some hard decisions and always over delivered. The ring turned out amazing and the bride to be adores it. I would highly recommend working with Jenn if you are looking to find the perfect ring, and better yet if you are looking to custom design it.
