The staff at this centre is very nice and helpful.Rosalind Bedeau is my Employment Consultant, and she took her time to go over my work experience, and quickly connected me with the job opening available at that time. And I got hired by the employer who posted their opening position at this location.Rosalind also came at my office, after I was hired to meet with my employer and to make sure this company meet Health & Safety requirements.Next Steps Employment Centre also subsidized 50% of my salary for the first six months of my employment, so the employer would hire me and provide the training I need to help me fulfil my role as a Bookkeeper successfully.Great thanks to Rosalind and the staff at this center.If you are looking for a job, you definitely want to come and see the staff at this centre, as they do get some job postings directly from the employers in Mississauga and the GTA region.

I worked with Rosalind, the job developer, who showed me a job opportunity that was available. She helped me with my resume and encouraged me every step of the way while I went through a company's rigorous hiring process. This allowed me to shine and I got the job! I closed my file with another service provider for employment Ontario program to open it with Nextstep’s and when i entered there place on dandas and Dixie, I felt that the staff just want to get out of me , they told me just go and take an appointment by phone, they didnt even take my number or my name .

Next Steps has been and continues to be a Haven" for both employers and new employees. It allows employers to help empower individuals that have drive. I have been using Next Steps services to help me train staff for various departments within the Dental Offices for the past 3 years.
