Got delivery, fish very over cooked and disappointing. Have eaten from both the Forks and St. Vital but the Polo Park location is poor.Delivery no napkins, one knife and fork despite 3 meals being ordered.Do not order from this location.

I have been coming here since it opened and had great experiences at the beginning however in the past month not only have their portion sizes been drastically smaller but their customer service is absolute garbage.If you order a regular fries make sure you know you’re only getting 20 fries so if you order a small expect to get 10, if you get an order in a box make sure you know the fish is tiny and More than half the box will be empty as the 17 fries are barely covering a corner of the box.Very disappointing, from the quality of the food to the staff working, it’s a full blown hit to their business and my staff and myself will not be coming back.

Went on our anniversary for a quick lunch. We delved into the fish that was overcooked and overly greasy. The fries were a batch that sat around and refried to heat them up. They were like wooden twigs, couldn’t use the fork. Very disappointed and put in a complaint. Was told the owner would call but that never happened. Spend your money some place else.

They opened a Fergies Fish and Chips in Polo Park food court. This was 3 cod pieces and cost me 20$ and could have fed a family of four. SO FULL! SO GOOD THOUGH!** NOT gluten free but well worth the gluten hit today. Love me some deep fried fish and hand chipped fries.

The fries and fish were very fresh but the fish was either slightly over cooked or the fryer oil was old because my food had a burnt after taste. It's the 3rd time this has happened at this location so I probably won't eat here again.

Went here last week. Saw them give out some orders as I walked up. When I tried to place an order, they told me they wanted to close early.If you don't wanna stay open, change the hours.

Fish was way too greasy. My kids didn't even want to eat it. Fries were not that great either for homemade I can make better at home won't be back.

My first time here, very impressed. Ordered the one piece meal, comes with chowder. Chowder was very good, lots of seafood and a light base. I had the halibut, nicely cooked and flakey and tasted very good.The batter was light and crispy. I did not get the flavor of old oil like another review. The fries were also nicely cooked with a good flavour. The portions are very generous, good value for the dollar.
