Abysmal driving! 110-120 blocking traffic on the 401 hanging out in a left lane for 10 minutes... not safe for anyone.

One of their drivers was making a delivery to a business next door to mine in Pembroke, New Hampshire 08/16/2019. While he was parked in the dock next door, I had a liquid CO2 transport arrive to make a delivery to my bulk tank. My transport driver asked the one from Timberline Express if he could wait one moment so he could open the gate to my bulk tank and then he would be out of the way. The driver from Timberline instead decided to attempt to pull around my transport driver anyway in this narrow driveway, which there clearly wasn't room for him to get around, and ended up creating a situation where both he and my transport driver were stuck. In the process of this manuever he ran over some cones in the lot that were positioned for my company trucks to park, crushing them. Then the driver from Timberline started yelling at the transport driver like it was his fault. At one point, the Timberline driver said he would just block the driveway, at which point I informed him that I was the manager of this facility, I had my own drivers enroute, and that if he was going to block my driveway that I would have to call a local towing company and have his rig removed from the property, as well as notify the DOT.This driver was rude, arrogant, had a complete disregard for others and property, and clearly has no clue about safety and unnecessary risks.
