We ate there today. Poor staff and shift manager. They ran out of white meat and were going to substitute it for 2 breasts. Shift manager was going to change extra for that. I said no and ended up getting spicy and mild with a tiny wing. The other locations just do it. Otherwise I was told it would be 20 minutes. Very unorganized to the least. This used to be a good location but I wouldn't go back. Disappointed for sure!

I went into store yesterday. Met a friendly looking young lady at the tilI told her I wanted a blackened chicken sandwich combo like the one in the picture.1 the oerson I spoke to I could not barely understand what she said.2 the picture show a substantial sandwich. I was asked if I wanted a blackened sandwich spicy or extra spicy. I thought it should just be spicy. End of questionWhen I got my meal for 15 bucks I felt very let down. I have been a regular for chicken strips. This left me hungry and not satisfied.I won’t order this again. Other places have far better chicken sandwiches

Great Popeyes location! A little understaffed at peak hours, but nothing too bad. This is located in the Symons Valley plaza serving your usual Popeyes fried chicken. All of your drumsticks, thighs, tenders and sandwiches can be found here. The location is small, with about 5 or so tables. The restaurant is clean and the staff have always been friendly and respectful. The service times aren’t bad at all, a few minutes wait at times but the chicken is always a delight! Freshly cooked, hot and juicy and soft! Parking can found easily just outside the restaurant. Highly recommend!

First time coming to Popeyes and was very pleased:) love me a good crunchy chicken burger and this did not disappoint! The staff was so friendly too and very patient as me and my boyfriend debated and ordered a bunch of small stuff to try.

Go for the food, stay for the ladies!! Everybody there is so chill, polite, and pleasant to deal with. They gimme more smiles than Mickey D. I don't see no bruising on my chicken, like at KFC, so nobody's been beating my meat lately :P

Went on this location twice already. Just few people dining inside. Most customers are for take out or for food delivery services. The serving compared to Popeye's in the Philippines is way larger especially the sides. Drinks are bottomless and has lots of options. Service is great and fast too.

Went around 7:00 pm on a Monday & it was packed. There are ~7 tables but it's very cramped; if you're at all hesitant about covid, I recommend a mask & order takeout. Staff was efficient. The actual ordering of the food was about a 2* experience.But the food was perfect, portions are big (except the butterfly shrimp which was 9 pieces), & still *hot* when we got home, so food itself was a 5* experience.(Edit: been here 3x now, every time the food was hot & perfect)
