We hired CSS in the spring of 2019 to address water seepage issues in our basement and are very happy with the results. The work was done as scheduled and in a professional manner. When an issue arose following the initial work, CSS was very responsive in getting back to us and addressing it. I would definitely recommend them.

We discovered some leaking in our basement and had CSS come to take a look. It turned out to be a bigger job than anyone hoped but CSS took care of it and even came back a second time for no extra charge. They sealed up the basement wall from the outside and the inside. They stand behind their work and are pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them!

Very courteous service and generous with their time to seal a small crack in our foundation around on old (inactive) pipe. They responded right away to come view, offer their experience and a low-cost solution. They provided a reasonable quote. When the time was right to get the issue fixed, they responded quickly again and scheduled a time. They work with confidence and great experience.

I've had nothing but great experiences with CSS Concrete Sealant Systems. I had Warren come to fix a couple of issues I was having with my basement on separate occasions. Both times he explained the process and fixed the leaks. He also showed me what to watch out for. On one occasion we didn't charge me for the service as he was not confident that was the issue. He told me to remove a bit more drywall and see if there is anything else that can be causing the leak. Sure enough there was a separate issue found. An honest company like this is not always easy to find. I definitely recommend this company to anyone having leaky basement issues.

I recently had the C.S.S Concrete Sealant Systems complete repairs to my foundation walls with their Poly injection method with additional metal bracing. The work was done in a timely manner and they were very professional and explained the entire process to me. Having this work done from the inside saved me from having my yard dug up and having to re-landscape. 2 days later we had a major downpour and absolutely no leaks". Both Warren and nelson are amazing and I highly recommend them!"

We hired CSS Concrete Sealant Systems to seal four large cracks in our foundation that were leaking heavily when it rained. Warren did excellent work over the course of a few appointments. We even found a fifth crack partway through the process that he sealed at no additional cost. We are extremely pleased with the service.

During a recent downpour I discovered water trickling into my basement through a significant crack in my basement wall. I wanted to avoid the mess and costs of an exterior repair, so I contacted Warren at CSS to see if he could repair it from the inside. Within a week of contacting him the repair was completed. I could not be happier with his professional service and fair pricing. And I have peace of mind since his repair job is covered by warranty for many years to come.
