I used RTA to do a complete legal basement suite and the project was completed on time and on budget! Roger is excellent to deal with and easy to reach anytime. Great workmanship!

Great to work with.

Roger and he team completely revamped our main living room and kitchen area. The whole main floor was taken down to the studs, and redesigned. We could not be more pleased with the results and the workmanship. In any renovation project there are always issues that need to be worked through, and RTA Contracting performed them professionally and to our demands. We've worked with several renovators in the past, and would have no issues in recommending RTA Contracting to anyone.

RTA Contracting Ltd. and Roger Panchuk is a horrible contractor - he says he can complete tasks on time and on budget to get your job and then fails to do so. He only occasionally shows up on site and does not properly coordinate with the owner and the trades and Roger takes no responsibility for his actions and blames you for his failures. DO NOT USE this company nor Roger - you will be sorry!!! Avoid this company and Roger!!!!Roger's response is another indicator of how highly he thinks of himself - he does not care about the customer, only himself and that he is always right - I have been informed by other customers of yours who agree with me and had horrible experiences with Roger, but they don't want to waste their time writing a review. Avoid RTA and Roger at all cost!!!!
