I would'nt call this place good service when I'm doing the service finding what I need, I don't have a concern with how the store is laid out or the selection of products. My concern is the hum drum additude of the employyees. They all seem down, lack responce when you come in and really appear to not care when a customer is standing at the counter when your ready to pay for your items. Here's my experience. I felt I was bothering one of the young ladies as she was talking about her life to a young man behind the counter, She came over and took my debit card not saying one word to me always looking downward. She pressed in the total price on the debit machine then walked back to talk to the young man, I stood there waiting for the total to show on the debit machine so I could slide my card into the slot. I timed it and exactly one minute went by before I thought I should say something so I did, she came back mumbled something and then I paid. I took my items then she in a quiet kind of way forced herself to mumble have a good night, that tone was very blah. I left with the feeling I just became a Macs customer which was located right across the street.

A guy named Kevin was a total dick to me and my friends just trying to get some late night snacks. He dropped multiply f bombs and was super unhappy about us wanting to buy some tiquitos. I will not return to this location EVER AGAIN as this fellow was extremely rude and offensive. I will now take my business to elsewhere ( macs across the street) This is awful and down right disrespectful.

I go in every morning and grab a coffee,I am always greeted by Friendly Staff...

I walk into 7-11 virtually every day. Tremendous effort by staff to present a clean store. Line ups are short lived and the cashiers are quite approachable.

Stopped in for a few things this evening (July 24) - Robin & the girl working with her (I feel so awful for forgetting her name) were SO friendly and helpful. Absolutely top notch customer service. Glad we chose to stop here!

Staff are generally kind. Good selection and clean store for the most part.

Careful here. The manager Raul doesn't honor basic Canadian trade rules. He refused to honor my manufacturers coupon and made 0 effort to actually try. Lazy and incompetent running the store, that's a joke.

Terrible experience. A clerk named Marjory gave myself and my fiancé the worst experience and so much attitude.

The overnight guys are heroes with what they deal with in this town! Great selection here too!
