The worst company to deal with from a management perspective. They took out my last months rent after paying it up front. The process to get it back is poor and the communication between the on-site management and head office is horrible. The cheque is in the mail, 2 weeks later still nothing On site management says they will call back they don't. Avoid Martha Terrace in Burlington.

If you are a vendor that has been 'hired' to do business with this company, make sure that you have the 'paperwork' they will say you did not provide in place, and ensure that they sign a contract with you before you do any work, and that you get a booking fee upfront. This company hired us to do multiple jobs at various locations and agreed to services both verbally and in writing, then cancelled them all one by one, citing various reasons that changed from person to person depending on who you spoke to at the company. Despite hours of work done in preparation for all the jobs, and all the locations, they refused to cover a modest cancellation to cover the time incurred by our company and placed blame on us for having only taken their verbal and written communications as proof of work performed. Do not do any work for them without ironclad contract and cancellation fees in place.

They don't even bother responding to any of your concerns or inquiries. Horrible management company. Do not do business with them.

Some dude parked in the middle of a strip mall. Not even in the parking area but blocking a whole lane of traffic. Seems like a really good company considering how they care so much about others with these kinds of actions.

New management is great!With previous management was looking for a storage locker for >6 months. Often did not get a response when calling and never a response after going to the office in person. Was told varying things about the lockers which did not add up.New management located, showed, and offered me a locker in less than a week. Quick and easy communication and service.I'm guessing many of the other reviews here are from old management.Thanks Dhruv!

I've lived at 225 Carlton in Winnipeg that is managed by BentallGreenOak for just a few months and in my experience they are one of the most professional, respectful & considerate management companies I've rented from. The Leasing/Property Manager Leesa is an absolute rockstar, I don't reach out to her much but I know when I do she's quick to answer and always with enthusiasm & a strong willingness to help. The way they do things here I feel is like none other (In Winnipeg forsake), from the 24/7 security monitoring the premises, once/twice a month underground parkade cleaning & daily hallway/elevator cleaning, their concierges, everything about it is fantastic. This A-class building, really helps make a person feel A-class.Highly recommend 225 Carlton as well as BentallGreenOak in general to anyone & everyone. Next level service that never ceases to impress me.

Declined application and do not explain why, staff were rude and not helpful…

Sad to see how used to be a well known name in commercial property management is now hanging on residential property management :( plugged tilets, burnt out light bulbs and stoves, frosted fridges, etc...There should be movie made about rise and fall of Bentall. All building in downtown Vancouver sold and love between Bentall and Kennedy was finished. Now a shadow of Bentall is called Bentall-GreenOak. Just another name on paper.

Can't speak to BentallGreenOak overall but had a great interaction with one of their leasing agents - Ashley Silverman - who was not only lovely and gracious, but super knowledgeable and efficient. Give Ashley a raise! 5/5.
