Chenil Lac Brome Kennel

~ 25 day 1000$ stay, and chosen because of good reviews, here. My Labrador had a checkup/boosters just before drop off at the kennel + top shape bill of health.Results:-Generally, happy boy, but he's a Lab-Owner kindly agreed to administer recommended weekly ear-rinse-No more voice (for barking or for crying, kind of cool, but also scary) upon return-Double-eye infection/ conjunctivitis upon return, for a dog that has never had any health issues.-Doggy bed full of urine stains and unfit for use (perhaps source of infection)-Very dirty water from bathing, once at home-3 scabs on skin, and rear paw with strong irritation, typical of stress-grooming (which he has never done)-Limited cage size (standard), with opening to larger (still small, same width) fence cage, with two outdoor (medium-fenced) enclosure play-times per day with chosen partners.-Owner sent two sets of pictures during my dog's stay, through the online platform, which was cool.-Upon further inspection, in second set of photos eye irritation is visible-Upon pickup I asked if there were any health issues to mention, and the answer was no".-I'll go to the vet tomorrow

Our little Charlotte loved life with Sandra. Her first experience away from home was a huge success. The kennel itself is clean, safe and provides a wonderful environment for a “first timer” like our puppy. Sandra was attentive and caring throughout and kept us posted the entire time we were away. What a relief to leave our dog in such good hands. Thank you Sandra.

Our puppy Sheba had a fantastic experience. Sheba was 3mths old and had her first experience with other dogs and was introduced to 2 gental dogs to help her out . I highly recommend Sandra and her staff, and just a quick note to you can not keep Sheba LOL

Our dog has been going to Lac Brome Kennel since 2020 when we moved to the area. He was always happy to go and we only have positive things to say about Sandra and her team! This is the only place our dog stays at when we are away because we always feel secure leaving him there whether for 2 days or 2 weeks!

Sandra is just awesome, as is her staff. This is more a labour of love than just a business. Our dog Mingus loves to visit. Yesterday when I dropped him off, he opened the door to his space with his nose and hopped in. Sandra takes care to let guests have plenty of playtime with well-matched companions. Just a great experience, for the dogs and for the humans!

We absolutely LOVE Sandra's kennel. Our Goldendoodle, Manuel, has been her regular client for over an year. He had stayed there since he was a baby for overnights or longer stays. During longer stays, Sandra send us pictures, which are almost unnecessary since we never had any concerns, but we love to get them and see Manuel having fun with his friends. The place is very clean and Sandra is extremely knowledgeable about dogs and always give us some valuable advice. In addition, she's very responsive on text messages. Sandra will have us as clients for long time. Her service worths every single cent.

This Kennel is the BEST! My dog gets so excited when we arrive at the kennel, that she's practically jumping out of the car window.Sandra takes care and loves my dog, and all dogs.Awesome place!.
