I have been a client of Stacey's for the past year. Since seeing her I have had more mobility and strength. She helps keep my hips aligned. She knows her craft and is fabulous!!!Since her maternity leave I have had the pleasure to get to know Aude and she uses different techniques and as well keeps my body aligned. She is truly gifted!!! Better Health Clinic
I have tried to find other osteopaths in my area, but none ever compare to Stacey. I continue to drive from Niagara to see her. She helped me prepare for Nationals in powerlifting and has helped me train without pain with my hip and back injuries. She helps develop plans to help you meet your health goals instead of only applying restrictions. Highly recommended this clinic and Stacey!

We have just started seeing Aude for osteopath treatment. We really didn't know what to expected ,but just after my son's first treatment we noticed improvements and are looking forward to going back very regularly to keep healthy! She was very patient and great with young kids!

Started seeing Stacey after my first had a double ear infection that wouldn’t go away. She’s great with kids and my daughter hasn’t had any issues since. We go every 9M or so for maintenance. Also started bringing my newborn in.She was looking a little crooked and favoring one side preventing her from completely rolling. After an appointment Friday June 8th and this am she started rolling and sleeping better through the night dropping one night feed starting that Friday !Thank you Stacey.

We are very grateful for the Better Health Clinic. Stacey has worked wonders for me and many family members. She is excellent with people of all ages - my children and my parents love her! She is extremely knowledgeable and effective in her treatments and has a sincere passion to see people live healthy lives. I always leave a treatment feeling much better than when I arrived. I just recently started Osteopathic treatments with Stacey. In 3 visits she has treated arm pain to almost no pain. And in one visit healed my jaw which has been aching for months. I wish I had known about her sooner. Thank you!

My daughter has special needs and we have been seeing Stacey since she was 6 months old, she is almost 2 now. We drive over an hour to see her and will continue doing so for as long as my daughter needs her! She helps my daughter with many different things and has always treated us very well. I really feel that she has been a key component in my daughters development and progress and for that I am thankful! Would strongly suggest going to Better Health Clinic :)

Great experience with Better Health Clinic. Stacey was attentive and thorough in preparing me for childbirth, and now Aude has been wonderful with my little one while Stacey has been away. I couldn't have asked for a more patient, gentle and thoughtful osteopath to be working with my newborn daughter.

Stacey Ayres is a miracle worker! I have been seeing her since 2011 and she has helped me with lower back pain and past fertility issues. I also have a daughter who was born with a rare genetic syndrome and Stacey has helped her with pain, growth and sensory issues. My oldest child had some issues with her bowels and also had relief after seeing Stacey. I feel deeply relaxed and refreshed after I see her. I'm so thankful to have somebody with her talent and ability that always makes us feel better!
