Love Spiritual Kedar! I have been shopping here for a while now and its amazing. The staff is very helpful and always do their best to get you everything you need. Love that its black owned and the owners know about the products and what they are selling. I would highly recommend Spiritual Kedar to anyone as the customer service is great and they have very affordable and quality products!!!

The lady that owns this store is the most kindest person I have ever came across. I just had a baby and the only products I use on my child are from her. They’re completely organic!! She helped me pick products accustomed to me and my home. She wasn’t hesitant to help me when I needed it. I will be going back.

Worse customer service! I asked for help regarding a product from the lady at front desk and when I got home I realized it was not what I wished for. When I called in to advise the gentleman I normally purchase from, I was met with disregard and told “I” was not looking properly before I could finish my sentence! I WAS ADVISED about the product and if “I” knew any better about waist beads I would have instantly noticed the band did not have stench or a clasp AND WOULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR ASSISTANCE!! I was not provided with a receipt which was the first reason I reached out to the establishment to explain the situation. I DID NOT ASK FOR A REFUND and ALL I wanted was to exchange the item for what I really wanted to purchase. I was told I can come in and have the issue fixed but after the rude comment, disregard and disrespect I never wish to step in their establishment. Furthermore I just want my money back! I no longer wish to support this business! I travel from Oshawa to get my products from them and I have been a loyal customer for almost 20 years! After today I will not be doing business or sending business to them. Please do yourself the favour, find another provider and save yourself from poor customer service!!

This store is well stocked with the finest products. From the time I walked in the store I was greeted by the store owner Ms.Joyce. she was quite knowledgeable about her products and even provided history behind it. I have been back recently and once again a great shopping experience. They always have what I need in stock. I would recommend her store 100%. Please support this small business, you will not regret it. Thank you for the excellent customer service, I will definitely be back.

I visited this store for the first time today and I had a lovely experience. I found exactly what I was looking for and the price was right. There's an amazing selection of spiritual oils and frankly I wanted to buy them all! You'll find all kinds of washes, incense and spiritual soaps-- there's something for everyone here! The customer service was excellent and very kind. This place is very accessible by TTC. Bus #89 stops right across the street and right in front of the store so if you don't drive, transit is right there. I'll definitely be back!

the store owners are lovely! the candles I bought were amazing! the store owner was very educated on the products she sells, which made it absolutely no trouble helping me find exactly what I needed for my home.
