Showed up at 5:30pm for a quick rinse off of a already clean truck (tractor only no trailer) and they turned me away because they close at 6pm. Used to go there alot but they just lost my business,very poor service!

I had my truck washed here tonight paid $75 and they call themselves as VIP truck wash. But didn’t clean my truck well. Still has alot of work to be done. Not a good place to have your truck cleaned

I paid 200$ for trailer in and out and tractor out. They clean tractor good but trailer poor service. There are so many dirt marks and grease. Insdie trailer also did poor job.I hope Management gona resolve the issues of customers

We stopped at the VIP truck stop to have our truck and trailer cleaned while traveling across eastern Canada. We were extremely happy with the service. Our truck and trailer were very clean. The 2 gentlemen who provided this service were very professional and friendly. Well worth the stop and reasonably priced for the efficient service we were provided.We would highly recommend them.

For the price they don't put enough elbow grease in their work..truck comes out still full of dirt and bugs...not impressed with their service...hopefully this will change in the future
