What a great place. This is a real hidden gem. The food is amazing and just a little upscale which was an even bigger surprise. Presentation and flavors did not disappoint.

My dad and I stopped in here after doing the rappelling and zip lining adventure located right beside the restaurant. We can safely say that they had some of the best fish and chips we’ve ever had, and certainly the best of the four times we had it on this trip. The seafood chowder was also incredible, as was the lobster roll. Our server relayed our praise back to the chef, who then came out to personally thank us. This is a great place to get fresh, home cooked seafood. They also clearly appreciate their customers very much. Really helped make our day.

Amazing staff, they were super accommodating and friendly. The food was delicious and when there was a small wait because of an Inspectors surprise visit, our bill was practically cut in half! I honestly can't understand why there are so many bad reviews. The food is worth the money and the general ambiance is very cozy and nice.

My husband and I had lunch here when we visited Cape Enrage lighthouse and fossil beach. We had mixed feelings when we walked into the restaurant for there were mixed reviews on Google. But hey, this restaurant, food and service all deserve five stars!!Food: This is a small place, let alone the only place in the area. So the chives are limited. We had chowder and fish and chips. They were all amazing.Service: There was just one server (Suzzy) for the whole time and she was super friendly, polite and quicker than an ant. She spoke to everyone, served fast assuring that she delivers a fantastic service.Ambiance: The place is clean and bright. We sit inside but had amazing views of the ocean. The restaurant also has outside seating (of course with sea breeze and ocean views).

Outstanding food but you have to be very patient. The service is extremely slow and they should really considering hiring someone seasonal to help out that's more enthusiastic and quick.The food is absolutely worth it. The chef did a great job and provided wonderful service. I would easily go back.My advice is to get there early for lunch, sit down and enjoy the view while you wait. If you're in a rush to eat, save this place for another time.

Food was delicious and at reasonable prices. Seafood chowder full of large chunks of seafood, not just the odds and ends. Apple crisp with ice cream was great as well. Interior is as charming as the staff. Service is quick and attentive.

Eeeew. I wouldn't feed a dog this food. Cold, burnt and untasty. New cook perhaps? Waited forever just to get our gross meals. Poutine. Not a single curd melted. Forgot chicken wing order. Chicken Quesedilla came as burnt ground beef inside burnt tortilla. Chicken gravy poutine had chunks of chicken which was strange. They had no sour cream, no salad, no Mac n cheese, no crispy chicken. Chicken wings had chemical taste to it as well. Kinda put a damper on our trip to Cape Enrage. Time to hire professional cooks or a chef.

We stopped in to get hot chocolate on a cooler, windy day. The staff that was there working were very helpful and rather funny too. They're willing to accommodate dietary restrictions and the whipped cream they used is hand whipped, real cream in a bowl in the fridge. Extra special and extra delicious. The whole restaurant smelled amazing and on a hot day this would be the perfect place to bring the whole family.
