Love shopping here for my 2 cat's healthy foods. Lots of variety and healthy real food for your pets. All you need is in this store. Amazing and friendly service everytime I go, which is quiet often lol. Will recommend them to everyone with a pet.

Every staff at this location is knowledgeable and friendly. I used to go to Petsmart but ever since I tried out this place, I won't be going back. They know their food selections and can recommend what will be best for your dog/ cat. And I love that they have Canadian brands! I feel very welcome there and so does my dog :)

This is the closest location to me but it’s small so they often run out of the brands that I get for dog food, but they always call the other locations to put it on hold for me there instead. You can call to get them to order specific items ahead of time too. The staff is always super sweet and nice.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. If they don't have it in stock they will try to order it for you. They carry a good selection of dog food which I'm more familiar with since I own a husky. Would not hesitate to recommend this store to any dog lovers.

This place is so welcoming, the first time I came in and I needed help for my picky eater dog, they took more than an hour to help me out with so many choices. They're completely understanding and even provided my dog with a sample in store. This is the only pet store I ever go to now, they're super friendly.

I went here to buy food for my kitten when all the pet shops were closed during the holidays (ran out of pet food), and the one staff member was soon helpful. It was a young lady with glasses, she assisted me with the best kitten food the store could carry. My kitten loves the food. Definitely will be returning.

I have been shopping at this location for years. I was always happy to be greeted by Sam, she was a real gem and always made my shopping experience 10x better. I found out Sam recently left which is unfortunate.My 1 star rating comes due to the fact that this location has decided to stop selling Big County Raw. The owner has told his employees to keep this hush hush and he apparently has no good reason for it. I am bother by this because A) BCR is from Ontario and is extremely well known in the raw feeding industry and B) this company has made it extremely simple for first time raw feeders. Needless to say I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Your signs are very confusing.ps. I tried calling and hit voicemail every time. I guess this wasn’t my dayThis is my ‘go to’ pet store. I love the pet food program that gives you a bag free! The staff is always courteous and very helpful.

I cant say enough about this location. I called about my dog refusing to eat and after speaking with an employee i took q trip to the store. I was greeted by Grace and Melissa who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me!!! I was in there for an hour qnd not once did i feel rushed or pushed. They gave me alot of options and even helped me cut my food budget by 75%!!!! They found a food that Mr Scamp loves. He was even given a dental stick and samples. Needless to say I will be back. I have never had that customer service at any other pet store!!!
