I had the good (?) fortune of overhearing Laurie Anne and her husband John discussing my appointment today while I was waiting for a facial and eyebrow shape. Derogatory comments were made about my being from Rutland so I wouldn't be driving a shiny Mission Corvette. One of the first things I overheard John say was How much money are we going to bring in from this girl". My first instinct was to leave but instead I knocked on the door and advised them I had overheard their conversation and that I was leaving. No apology

I have been seeing Laurie Anne for electrolysis for over a year now after a laser mishap initially made my problem worse! In just one year she has pretty much fixed the problem! Electrolysis can be uncomfortable, but her calm demeanor, professionalism and steady hand really help! Thanks Laurie Anne! :)

No method to book an appointment online, so I emailed, I was told to call. Credit where it's due:I did get a quick reply. My experience was however already approaching more steps than necessary. Called to book an appointment for electrolysis, and was given a very cryptic response, saying she's limited in what she can (or is willing to) do. I have answered your question". She said shortly after
