Comox Valley Combat Guild
I have been a student in this guild for 3 years and it has honestly been a pivoting point in my life. It got me active, it got me into the gym, it got me caring about body mechanics and my own health. All habbits that I have maintained and improved on in the last few years. Great for all ages and fittness levels. There is something to practice and learn for anyone and everyone.
