Make sure when buy anything from these guys, that you don't have to take it back. Even though you find out that you didn't need the parts, They charge you a 20% Restock fee. Like seriously??? Give me a break!

I went after work to order parts from them they said it would be in the next day,I told them I will be here tomorrow same time. And they where closed. Terrible communication

Joey was extremely helpful and knows his stuff. Due to my unfamiliarity with exactly which battery type was required for my Audi, I bought the wrong one from partsman. I was able to return the unused battery no questions asked and Joey was able to order the correct battery. He had it in stock within 1 business day. Incredible service, look forward to dealing with them again!

Great service, prices are better than most stores and shops, employees are friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable and fast service. Open later than most parts places when you need parts in a crunch. If they don't have a part or tool will help you figure out something.

I purchased a new battery. It was precharged and ready to go. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly with good prices. Definitely a place to check out for car parts.
