Dr. Chan and his team are very friendly and professional. I just had cataracts removed from both of my eyes and I could not be more pleased with the whole experience. I give them 10 stars

Horrible people at this place the dr treated my mom like absolute garbage. My mom is 66 years old she already scared of anything to do with doctors etc due to sever medical issues she has.. this dr told my mom to sit down listen and u have a choice do this or be on this prescription rest of your life you choice if u can’t listen… my mom didn’t understand and he was threatening my mom to saying u will be blind and saying rude things putting my mom in tears. He wrote the script out and threw it at my mom… my mom wasn’t able to get it and he called his secretary to come in and pick it up and to deal with her going forwardAlready scared older woman and now she is even more petrified and will not be back and won’t get anyone now to go near her face or eyes as she is now more scaredWorst office ever and most horrible person I’ve delt with and lucky I’m was not there because you should not get away with how you treat older and scared patients

Talked to a lady there today named, Anna, apparently there are 2 Anna's that work there. So I was talking to one of the Anna's about my mom's follow up and she was very rude on the phone very hostile, actually yelling at me on the phone for no apparent reason, DR CHAN you need 2 get rid of her. Very unprofessional, nobody should go through what I did today. She's not a nice person at all. Fire her!!!!!!!!!

Been seeing Dr Chan for a few years now after being referred here by my optometrist. Dr Chan was responsible for giving me clear vision again after an accident left me with a large cataract. I was very pleased with my results and gave me confidence to place my trust in him and his team.The staff are very kind and efficient even during these times of covid. Very quick at getting me checked in and into the room waiting for the doctor.Their new office is a big improvement from the old location. A little more relaxing too. Very clean inside.I highly recommend this Opthamologist.See you next year!

Dr. Chan is amazing. Friendly and professional, the Doctor fixed my cataract scar tissue in seconds..he put my mind at ease and took care of the issue that has bothered me for over a year. His staff is so helpful and friendly and I am thankful to the entire office for looking after me. Dr. Chan and his team are my heroes. Thank you all so much. Dr Chan I hope this message find you as your receptions were very rude. They left me a message for my appointment and want me to call back to confirm when I called, they are asking me who called you and rudely hang up by saying I don’t have appointment. I have VM save if you want to refer let me know if you want to investigate who spreading wrong information from your office.

Dr Chan and staff are fantastic.I had both eyes done for cataract surgery.My eye sight today is 20/20.Everything looks so clear and beautiful.Thank you Dr Chan.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Brian Chan and his staff today. He had a video of what he was going to do and explained it in lay terms. Dr. Chan was very friendly and down to earth. His assistant was friendly and knowledgeable also. The office was new and spotless. I really felt like I was in good hands. Keep up the good work...you give doctors a GOOD name!
