The one in Williams lake is a joke. Terrible service out of a convenience store. Then 2 weeks after I returned trailer. They assessed a small damage claim on it and dinged my card. I had pictures before and after. Showed no new damage. Wouldn't budge. Company based out of states. Jerks. Never again unless desperate

On a short notice, I have been told that there in no moving truck available and the reservation I made doesn't mean anything to them as its just a preference". Couldn’t reserve a covered trailer because I was told this location was a one way drop off location and he doesn’t know when one will be returned. Was told to call back 24 hrs before I needed one. That short notice request is not acceptable as there might not be anything available anyways. Some people like to plan ahead and not move things last minute. I would not recommend this location for anyone needing an advance reservation.

Booked a truck 2 months in advance and went to pick it up only to be told that the truck was in fact not available and I would they had no trucks available
