The worst customer support and rude staff WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. A clear example why Lordco Auto parts the largest supplier on the West Coast with over 150 retail outlets and many other local suppliers don't do business with your company any longer. We are a government certified Hydraulic repair facility with over 25 years established in Vancouver, British Columbia with a well earned reputation that speaks volume over about who we are and the services we provide. We built our business on customer service and excellent workmanship. We requested to place a specific part for a 5019 transmission lift jack weeks ago. Mark (Parts person) AKA rude incompetent idiot who looked up the actual seal kit part number that we required due to us not having access to a parts breakdown at the time shipped us an incorrect kit for a 5019A . The one he sent was incorrect. When we contacted him and explained that it was incorrect he defensively denied supplying us with the wrong part#?? He argued we supplied him the wrong kit number? A clear example of poor customer service as he denied a simple error that could have been resolved easily without any issue and we would have gladly ordered the one we needed? He then told us to ship it back and there would be a restocking fee? Wow.. No apology or anything but a negative attitude. Mark we all feel so sorry that you are the runt of the litter at Diversified and a shining example of an unprofessional person in our industry. You are a clear reflection of the company you represent. Rest easy for the cost of $28 we'll no longer order anything through your company and have alternatives. We'll join the many suppliers in Vancouver that have experienced very poor service as you have again provided them as well. Perhaps Diversified Power should encourage staff to always remember as we have for 27 years that we are employed by the customers who come to us for help. We are hopeful that maybe one day Diversified Power can offer you much needed courteous training for customer support and related matters. We are guessing in your case the customer is always WRONG instead of possibly right! Good luck to you sir. Anyone looking to buy from these people should truly think twice and perhaps use another parts supplier......... **** Poor service> Poor attitude> Never have stock of service parts! >>FAIL<<

tribble customer service. they don't pay attention to your requests and they don't deliver. wasted over 2 weeks with these people.

When I followed up on an email hiccup, Neil agreed to install the release valve on my floor jack while I waited; not something they do every day. Full marks for listening to their customer and making things right. I'll be back.
